AT&T: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread!

Hopefully my tracking number will be sent soon too. I am in LA as well with no updates so far.
I still hold out hope that same thing happened as last year where people got their pluses and were only notified hours or day before. If not I doubt October 16 is first wave. We will see though.
Ordered my 128gb 6S+ space grey through the Premier website around 15 minutes before preorders were suppose to go live. Mine is still "in progress", and with an October 16th-23rd delivery estimate. A little disappointed, doubt I'll get it till next month now, even though I'm certain I was one of the first people to order.
So here's something a little odd: When I preordered my 128 GB Space Grey iPhone 6S a couple of weeks ago, AT&T pre-authorized my card for the tax on the phone's unsubsidized price as required by California law. After about a week, the authorization fell off, which is normal. This morning I received a shipping notification along with a FedEx tracking number. The handset is on its way and will be delivered on Friday. I haven't been re-charged the tax, however. Is this a glitch or is AT&T just going to tack the charge onto my next bill?
Apple order status for me is still "preparing for shipping" with deliver on (obviously) 9/25. I just want them to ship the dumb thing

Has anyone else tried to sign up with FedEx package manager only to receive a "The system is unavailable. Please try again later."
I tried to call again this morning and I got the same information as last night. It tells me that my order was sent to the warehouse for shipping and that it cannot be changed or cancelled. It tells me that I will get an email when the order ships. It does not give me any expected shipping dates. However, the website does still show 10-16 to 10/23.
If ATT was able to fill even a third (or a quarter or even a tenth) of its 6s+ preorders, you'd think we'd see at least a handful of people posting here that they got shipping notices or 9/25 dates.
Don't they normally charge when the phone ships? According to FedEx it's already in transit.
I have a preparing to ship/in progress status 6S RGD 64GB ordered by an ATT rep at 7 edt 9/12. Just waiting for it to change
6S Gold 64gb shipped via FedEx... Damn, won't be home during delivery time and no way to change it to pickup at local FedEx at this moment..

I ordered it 18 minutes after pre-orders went live.
If I were to make a website for the next product launch where you could stick your exact order time, model, and info in to see an almost exact graph of things shipping/not shipping would you use it?
Also they authorized my card (i had a couple months left on my program) for about the 140, and then that fell off and it got added into my bill which I paid asap to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my shipping. But still hasn't shipped or changed status. I leave the state for ever on the 15th so hopefully it gets here before then haha.

iPhone 6S+ 128GB SGY order date of 9/12/2015 3:21:59 AM EDT - Status has just changed to Preparing to Ship - "We're getting your order ready to ship. Expect your items to ship on or BEFORE the dates below". The dates are still showing 10/16 - 10/23. But the change in status is promising.
