At least you were able to get your old text plan back. AT&T originally offered this one to me but I said it wasn't enough, so their retention dept. gave me Unlimited texting for $10/month. I've had it for the past 2 years. It was wishful thinking the website is back to normal with my $5 200 text back no unlimited
My account is showing unlimited talk for 3 lines with no text message. Has anyone successfully downgraded to 550 minutes family plan and still retained unlimited minutes?
As long As u don't need more than 3 lines 550 minute plan works.I downgraded from 700 to 550 and maintained unlimited as well as 10 unlimited texting.
It's only better if you have legacy unlimited data.Is this family talk better than the share plans? And it's only my wife and I. Can I qualify for the family plan?
I haven't gotten the text message and when I send a message to *646# it shows minutes deducted from my pool, but when I log in online it shows my Nation 450 plan has "unlimited minutes" and does not let me change my plan because of a "pending upgrade."Guys... Any luck for those who show unlimited minutes online but are sill getting minutes deducted from the minutes pool? Did anyone get and texts from AT&T ?
Yep, same e-mail here
Did you guys get the unlimited talk/texts yesterday as well? Or you have had unlimited talk/texts for awhile?
I haven't gotten the text yet and I'm still "using up" minutes this cycle, but the website says unlimited rollover minutes when I view my plan details. I'm assuming it will change over entirely next cycle.Text came in first about 1 month or so

When you log in, what happens if you try to change your plan? The site gives me an error message that there is a pending upgrade that prevents changing my plan online. Does yours do the same?KPOM my friend, you and I are in the same boat. I can really use the unlimited minutes as I am on the phone all the time for work. I would have moved to the new shared plans but then Id have t give up on my unlimited data (which i don't want to do). Please keep us posted on how it works for you.

I see the unlimited when I login, but then still see N&W 5000 and it still seems to be deducting minutes from my 7000 ROLL OVER, but not sure if this is coming or not.
unlimited texting would be nice, I'm still on 5$ a month for 200 which I never really use, but would switch some alerts and notifications to this number if it was no limit.

I think you are ahead of me then. For me, the plan change page shows up just fine, where I get the option to move to shared data plans. I have not dared go past that screen as I don't want to risk loosing my unlimited data plan. Are you getting the error on the very first plan selection screen?
Congrats with unlimited minutes. I tried 5 times and couldn't get free SMS. Now I'm waiting for an affordable roaming from att, if not I have t-mobile unlimited grandfathered plan frozen till the end of March. This is still happening with me, as well. Today is the first day of my new cycle. The "pending upgrade" notice is gone (so it theoretically would let me switch to another plan online), and when I did into the details it shows unlimited anytime minutes (and 5000 night and weekend), but *646# still shows 450 anytime minutes and my updated rollover total, as does the summary screen. It would be nice to get firm confirmation that I've indeed been upgraded to unlimited anytime minutes (I never got the text message).
Well, I think I probably have unlimited minutes, but don't know for sure. Apparently AT&T has been converting lots of older accounts to unlimited everything without people even asking. Note that AT&T Wi-Fi calls are unlimited, so perhaps they will just eventually convert all grandfathered voice plans to unlimited and try other moves (e.g. increased data charges) to convince people to move off unlimited data.Congrats with unlimited minutes.
