Agreed. Gave me a credit for 2 weeks prorate on the 15gb (30gb) that I had upgraded to. But, I had to ask about the prorate charge since we hadn't even gone over 10gb yet. He offered to apply a $15 credit for it.

I would call back Retentions and get someone else. Don't say anything about being "parked" Doesn't sound right to me. What does your phone have to do with your plan?
Parked means your account is supposedly locked because you have a pending order that needs completed upon shipment of your new phone. But some reps go above and beyond and somehow get around this.
