They will NOT reverse the plan, no matter how much they may not like it or want to - that would be very bad and I would leave AT&T if they did that to me. The system messed up a bunch of accounts like mine, moving them to $205/month 20GB doubled to 40GB so CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS! If the system shows that you should have the $100 10GB doubled to 20GB they will honor it no matter what. My CSR rep even gave me her name and number (I told her I was flattered but married).![]()
I'm sorry that happened to you. I called retentions twice to confirm the change was 20GB for $100. And I called again today and spoke to a regular CSR and she confirmed it again. I think it would be wise for everyone to confirm via phone that they made the correct changes.
