It will be fixed... it was a system glitch was what I was told. She said it might not reflect properly until 11/4 but she said that since I was supposed to have the plan starting on 10/21 that I am locked in no matter what. That means that anyone who made the switch before midnight last night will be locked in no matter what errors occur with your account. To be clear, this isn't someone reversing these, this was a system glitch that affected some people that got the 20GB deal because the plan doesn't officially exist in AT&T's system.Did ATT fix your problem right away, or will they phone you back? The reason I ask is I read this thread last night, and I checked my data and it said 40GB! I called ATT and they claimed that the system had an error, and they were unable to switch back to 20GB because the promotion ended today. So the rep made a ticket, and will follow up with me in the next day or so. How many people have had their accounts ruined? On the 21st, I did verify that it said 20GB. They are screwing a lot of people over.
