Carrier AT&T Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Long story
-10/27 254am Preorder placed on the AT&T website for SG 256 through AT&T Next. Says whatever fees/taxes will be charged to the next bill.
-Received email immediately saying "Thank you for your order! We're working on it!" and included an Installment Agreement PDF attachment
-Checked order status through email link and showed Nov 3rd Delivery date
-YAY, go to bed
-10/27 259pm I receive an email saying "Your order is Pending." "Thank you for your recent order! We're sorry. We couldn't complete your order. Call us at the number below as soon as possible so we can get your order back on track."
-10/27 315pm I called the number. Spoke to 3 different people on and off hold for over an hour. The final lady told me she saw nothing wrong, my order was good to go and I should receive my phone on Friday Nov 3rd
-Checking Status multiple times a day, reading this Macrumors thread and a few similar Reddit threads
-Last night I start seeing people finally get tracking numbers, but not me. Order still "In Progress"
-Today, too busy to call and handle this ******** until 945pm. Pretty much assumed I was not getting my phone tomorrow.
-Hit up AT&T Chat. Type out the whole spiel. My order is still pending and that is "not good." Tells me he can't help and I need to call. Useless.
-Call AT&T at 950pm. I tell the first lady the whole spiel and it disconnects. Call back. Tell another lady everything. Over 45mins I have to give her all the details and she places, I'm assuming, a new order. Dozens of mess ups and her not getting my info correct. Asked me multiple times if my phone number was 111-110-1000(or something along those lines). I keep saying I'm not sure what that number is and it's def not the same phone number I gave her within the first few seconds of calling her. At one point she asks if I would like any accessories like a screen protector. I could get one for $45 today. Why would I BUY anything from them right now. I should be getting stuff for free to make sure I don't cancel my whole account. She sends me an email to "Accept Terms & Conditions." I accepted the terms... and asked for my tracking number. Surely I'll get my phone tomorrow right? She says I'll get a confirmation email with my Order Status. Haven't received the email yet.
So, I still have no confirmation number and no idea when I'm getting my phone.
What a cluster****
Never again. I've always gotten my phone from Apple on launch day. Never using AT&T for pre-orders again.

I have 3 things in my cart first one is some thing not available with my phone number thats in progress. The iPhone X and otter box are preparing to ship. I ordered on oct 27 about 5:30 est. with a 11/2 - 11/10 ship date. Really don't know what is the first thing?

Mine looks very similar, just diff times. Co-worker of mine also ordered through ATT and shows the same thing, maybe it’ll be on an early AM flight.
Mine too. I assume that it just doesn’t update. I’m hoping for an email in the middle of the night saying - ready to pick up. It’s currently in Knoxville. Or was at 9:18 pm.
My phone is about 1.5 hour drive away from me now...I’m having trouble changing delivery location to my local UPS CC. It allows me select it and name myself as pickup person but no notifications and no changes to me delivery.

I read somewhere that this has to be done by like 5:30 the night before. I can’t remember the exact time. You might want to look on the UPS website.
Still in progress. Just realized I never received any terms and conditions to agree to. Maybe that's the hold up for me.
I am in the 11/2 to 11/10 ship group. Ordered my SG 256gb at 4:16est on 10/27. Within the last half hour it has changed from in process to prepare for shipping. In the Philadelphia Metro area.

Hi everyone. I'm in the 11/2-11/10 shipping group also. I ordered mine 10/27/2017 at 9:15:44 a.m. ET. It's the Silver 256GB device. I'm only asking because I see some people with early preorder times that still haven't gotten any updates to their account. I'm not expecting mine tomorrow or anything, but I am hoping for some sort of shipping update sometime soon. Has anyone that preordered around my time gotten anything?
At&T rep just promised me that I’m going to get my phone tomorrow evening. My shipping info is November 2nd - November 10th and Pre ordered at 9:55 am EST. Still got the promise from the rep. Not getting my hopes too high but hmm..
exactly what I got. and another one said its very possible that the phone could be coming tomorrow. so imma keep my eyes out, but im not gonna get my hopes toooo tooo high
