Carrier AT&T Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Mine is sitting at home right now on my porch while I’m at my doctors appointment! So I can definitely say that for me they did not require a signature. Now to try to get out of here soon so I can go get it before someone else does!

Mine is still at the destination sorting facility... come on you are supposed to be here by 8!

It was fun everyone, a pleasure chatting with you all again :rolleyes: Didn't have to sign for a package, The dude left it at the door, Thankfully I was right there.

Mine is also still at "destination sort facility," although it's supposed to be delivered by 3:00pm. Normally my FedEx packages show "out for delivery" by 8:00am.
 
Question about returning the old phone. So I just got my package and inside there is a return label but there doesn't seem to be any instructions about returning my old phone. Is there usually something else that's supposed to be in there?
 
Ordered Oct 27th at 4:16 am EST. The order stayed in progress with a delivery date of Nov 3rd the entire time. I called AT&T 3 times to verify that there was nothing wrong with my order and each time I was reassured it was being delivered on the 3rd. I called again this morning, and finally got through to someone who knew what he was doing. Basically something went wrong with my order and it needed to be cancelled. The guy quoted me mid December for the new order. I told him no thanks. I am moving my family to another provider. I hope others who have fallen into the "in progress" abyss have better luck than me.

FedEx just delivered mine. Did not require a signature. iCloud restore was 3x faster than my 7+. Waiting on all my apps to redownload now.

Fedex shows a delivery time of 1:15pm - 3:00pm, I get home at 3pm so hopefully they leave the package since i have an Account with them. On it shows to leave packages regardless of signature required. So anxious for the day to be over!

ooh. another BP person.. wonder if our phones are on the same truck.. shows Out for Delivery at 8:37 for me :)

Probably bc Apple or AT&T has told FedEx to only do weekday deliveriers. By the time it reaches your Local FedEx might be too late to get it to you. And then with the weekday restrictions, they can’t deliver tomorrow.

Yea on the tracking summary it says delivery weekday. Damn gonna make me go crazy over the weekend.
