I ordered Apple Store and AT&T doesn't even recognize my order number. UGH so frustrating. I can still cancel my order
Ah, no wonder - my mistunderstanding!
I pre-ordered my 6Plus from AT&T last time and it took a bit so I thought it'd be quicker ordering from Apple directly this time. I'm wondering if it's all roughly the same time then
For those who've have gotten their phones/tracking info. Did you get charged the moment you got tracking info? Or days before?
My credit card had a pending charge all the way until my phone shipped. The charge was applied very soon after. However, my shipping window was very small so I didn't have to wait as long.
See my pending charged disappeared on Saturday soon after I got flipped to 'Preparing to Ship', and I don't have tracking info. I'm wanting to guess that the charge won't come fully through until the shipping label in KY is made, but I could be wrong.
Truly unbelievable that ANY Nov2-Nov10 people are still in OIP status... when many of us "3rd" tier (Nov17-24) people have SHIPPED status now.
I really hope you get some news tomorrow. It saying 2-10 and not delivering yet is pretty crappy. In the other threads I've been seeing that there is a delay in China/Korea, maybe that has to do with it.

Still waiting. I was expecting to hear something by now, but still nothing. Originally when I got expected shipping of 2-10 November I was excited... that’s gone. I’m over it.
I spoke to a rep on the att website live chat and I was told that if by 5pm tomorrow I still haven't gotten an order update then someone will call me and tell me my updated order status.
I'm on Verizon (and have been a while) but recently added a fiancée (ha!) and we're thinking of joining a 'family' plan. I understand AT&T has BOGO where you can buy an X, and get an 8. Is this something I can conduct at an Apple Store, Best Buy, and/or Target? Or is it necessary to go to an AT&T location? Other stores have stock, but I don't think any AT&T retailers do!
Just called in to check why my 11/2-10 date no longer shows. I ordered a X 256 Silver around 10.13 EST on 10/27.
Rep with ATT Premier looked into the order and still sees 11/2-10 on their side.
I asked her about inventory and she says that indeed the inventory systems shows X 256 Silver is backordered. She had to look into a different system which showed 0 available.
She instructed me to pay attention to my emails. If the shipping dates change, ATT will send an email that requires action. I will need to accept the new shipping dates. If I don't take action on the email, the order may be cancelled.
Pay attention to your emails in case AT&T sends out emails requiring us to accept new shipping dates.
