Ordered two phones on 11/11 - here's where I'm at now:
For whatever reason, *6737# doesn't work for me, and never has.
Entering the order number and zip code always gives a reply of "Thank you for your request. We were unable to retrieve order details with the information provided. Please verify the information and retry or Go to https://www.att.com/checkmyorder/omhub.rt for detail order status" and searching by wireless number gives "We're sorry. Requested information is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
Calling 877-782-8870 and entering either my phone number or order number always produces "We're sorry, but we're experiencing technical difficulties with our systems."
I'd really like to know why neither of these are working. Is it because there are multiple items in the order? Whatever it is, I've been sitting on an unchanged order status for three weeks with nothing to do except complain about it.
