Mine is 256 SG. I used to be Premier, as there's a government discount attached, but I don't know.
I can confirm "Preparing to Ship" on my SG/256 from 11/3, cancel order is gone from the Options. I know some have been stuck on that but maybe the next thing I'll see is a tracking # tommorow.

Still absolutely no status change in my SG/256 Premier order on 10/27 @ 7:49am ET. So ****ing frustrated.
Fingers crossed for you. No change on my end - cancel button alive and begging to be clicked on. If not for the grandfathered pricing and company funded purchase, would be long gone.
I ordered an hour or so before you and got mine Wednesday. Same color and same gb.
Hopefully all of you that have been waiting since launch day to receive your X's, will start to see shipment notifications - especially given the fact that Apple is now quoting 1 week delivery for most configs.
No kidding, that is such B.S...... Apple is promising delivery in 6 business days, or 10 total days from today with delivery on the 12/11 if ordered now. How can supplies for AT&T seriously be that bad?... It's hard to believe when I am hearing on many sites that shipments of the iPhone x have increased to ~500,000 units per day up from ~50,000 - 100,000.

I am now SHIPPED. It is in FedEx hands and has been picked up. Delivery is Monday

Did you get an email with tracking once shipped? or did it show up in the order status?
From what I've read, that is most likely a good sign and your iPhone will be shipped shortly and probably within a day. Gives me some hope since we are in the same shipment window. Try *6737# and see what that says as well.

mine just changed to preparing to ship as well, and i can confirm *ORDR# says "The items in your order are currently on backorder. and we will notify you be email as soon as these items ship." The cancel button has also disappeared on the AT&T order page
FINALLY OMG.... i know it hasnt shipped yet but I feel like it it must be shipping soon!!! I can't wait!! i hope it comes monday though as I will be travelling tuesday - thursday and then I wouldnt get it until friday lol
Anyone know precisely how long it takes to ship after seeing the preparing to ship status? Also, how long to deliver after receiving this preparing to ship status? That would be helpful, thanks!

It seems like they found the preorders!!! I hope this means we all are getting our phones next week.
@plasticsboss24 my order was in the Preparing to Ship status for the last 5 weeks. In your case I suspect that it will ship within a day or two.
I just checked the order again and the "Cancel Order" button is gone and *6737# shows backorder. I signed up for Fedex Delivery Manager and My UPS so hopefully I will get notified when the phone ships out.

I just got "Shipped" after it went from Preparing to Ship last night. Mine was sent FedEx 2 Day out of Ft. Worth. Will be here Tues. At least finally some movement! I got an email with a personalized video with setup info. I had to get the tracking number from the website. Phone in Memphis in FedEx hands.
Are phones ever sent NON priority? I live on Kauai so we don't really have next day except in rare cases. If the phone had gone out on Thursday I might have gotten it today. We only have Saturday deliveries right before xmas.
I dont remember it mentioned, but someone else placed the order for me. I guess you could have paid more for overnight, but 2 day is fine considering the wait already!
