Carrier AT&T Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Can you check to see what the reference number is listed on the FedEx tracking page? It might help users located their package if for some reason they haven't received any updated.

Ordered 11:40AM PST on the 26th "technically" (256GB SG) has been "In Progress" since the order with an odd email saying we've updated your shipment from December to Nov 3rd. Delivery Date still says the 3rd like always.

No reference numbers on either order. What’s funny is that it doesn’t even have my address or who it’s from. It doesn’t appear on my fedex account manager either.
Hopefully you get yours soon!

I had my browser opened up at 9pm pst. And at 11:50pm pst my The AT&T sight made a chime sound to let me know I can order now. The site put people in a queue for first come first serve. So my order was completed before 12:01am pst. So AT&T did start early. Now for the guy saying he ordered 43 minutes before 12:01 pst is full of it.
 
Still waiting for my tracking email. Order placed 10/27 12:01AM, two 256gb, Space gray and Silver. Im on the west coast if it matters.
 
All of my ATT orders just shipped!

2x 256 SG
1x 256 S

Weird - one coming FedEx and 2 coming UPS.

The one from Ft Worth is Silver and via FedEx and the Space Grays are coming UPS from Memphis.

Got my shipping email! It went to my junk folder just like my other att emails so check your spam or junk folders. I’ve got another iPhone x coming from Verizon I got for my dad it shipped Sunday but has been sitting there in Memphis since then,it looks like my att order was technically shipped on Tuesday why is att waiting so long emailing tracking numbers? Verizon sent me the tracking right away.

for you guys that got shipping emails does the charge appear on your card? did you ever have the charge drop off between preorder and now?

Indeed. My 256 Space Gray order got the Thank You email at 1:57a CT and the Here's an Update email with more info at 4:38a CT. It's been Preparing to Ship for 11/3 delivery since Saturday, I believe. Still no shipping information. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when the shipping actually happens, so I'm just assuming I'll get it Friday and trying to be Zen about the whole thing. I'm in the upper Midwest.

AT&T's site is so ancient: I went into a panic after I ordered because I rushed so much, I wanted to double check that I ordered the right thing. Other than the confirmation email, I don't see where to even see the exact specs of my order on their site. (I did, in fact, order the right thing, mercifully)

Any of your 256GB SG's from UPS have reference numbers?
 
You guys with shipped phones, if you got them under the ATT Next Installment plan, can you log into your account and see if the installment is active on the line or does it say "contract pending"?
 
Just got my shipping email as well. Ordered 12:55a PST, 64GB silver. Mine will be delivered by UPS, shipping from Memphis.

We both are in the same boat. Mine still says preparing to ship as yours does.
 
Any Business Premier orders shipped? If so UPS or Fedex?

Probably not until you activate the new phone will you anything like that.

Only thing on the upgraded line that is different, is “pay full price” if you look at the current upgrade options.

Downloaded the “MyAT&T app” you can get a little more information there
 
Mine has shipped. The email went in my junk folder. Tracking says they have had the phone since the 31st. I wasn't charged anything, it's going on the next bill. 256 sliver ordered at 3:15am est.
 
This is the email I received literally 5 minutes ago. It's shipping from Ft. Worth Tx via FedEx. I live on the west coast.

Ok on mine, if you go into the section where it shows how much is owed on your installments (I have six lines) For the two lines i upgraded to the iphone x I see the model, size, and color and the total price, but it just says contract pending. I just wanted to know if that changes to "Active" like the other contracts I have before shippment.
