Is it a new line or an upgrade
And yes on your next bill

That's probably a credit card issue. I've seen it before.AT&T is utter crap, they cancelled my order for some bull crap invalid address issue last night. They've been using the same address for years to send my bill, smh
Might have just found something... I received an email a few hours ago from FedEx saying that I have a delivery coming tmrw. It looked like it was shipped from New Jersy and is 1lb. I'm not expecting any deliveries tmrw, so maybe its my phone? Fingers crossed.
I wonder if you paid with CC and they payment address didnt match shipping address? I'm just guessing.they stated i used an invalid address when ordering

Correct you should see it in FedEx Delivery Manager as soon as the shipping label is printed tomorrow afternoon in Fort Worth.Fedex my delivery manager, I havnt seen any updates for my Silver 256GB thats preparing for ship, deliv Nov 3. I expect we see movement tomorrow.
I spoke to a customer service manager and she told me if yours doesn't say preparing to ship by Wednesday night with a delivery date of 11/3 you will not be getting it on 11/3 she said she apologizes but the reps should not be saying otherwise, and it's a problem they will have to fix but the phone will most likely ship next week when they recieve more from appleidk how useful/accurate this is but I ordered my iphone through a buddy of mine who works at ATT. He ordered it for me at 11AM on Friday (256 GB, Silver). (I thought he was going to pre-order at night for me.. Had i know he was gonna do that I would have stayed up or woke up earlier to pre-order). But I was talking to an ATT agent and my order has been on In Progress with a date of 11/2-11/10 and he said that I will be receiving my phone on Friday.

where do you live?Order still the same since launch day:
Pre-order via AT&T Website: 10/27/2017 at 7:45 a.m. ET
Model: Space Gray 256GB
Order status: Preparing to ship
Delivery by date: November 3, 201
which phone? and what’s your estimate?I live in NorCal, but got an update today! Talked to someone in chat, and he claims I should get it by Friday! He however couldn’t offer me a tracking number.
If I was a CS rep at AT&T and fielding dozens, if not hundreds of calls a day about when the iPhone will ship or deliver, I’d say, “you’ll get it Friday”.idk how useful/accurate this is but I ordered my iphone through a buddy of mine who works at ATT.
