Does anyone else find it hard to believe that out of all the people in this forum (granted I know it;s a small sample size), the people on the west coast specifically California, are the ones left in the dust?

It does seem that way although who knows. I'm in Seattle but haven't seen any NW people in here. At least I'm not alone.
 
It's not only california. There are people all over with the same issues..... I'm in Florida and I'm in the same boat.

East Coast also in dust ;) :p AT&T at-least does not discriminate based on location.. Order Time, maybe.. iPhone model, maybe.. Loyalty, maybe.. Premier, maybe.. But no location.. It is against their company policy.. :p

I haven't been keeping track of where everyone who's not getting their phone is from but you can add me to that list. So disappointed :(
 
East coast here getting boned. The no rhyme or reason part is the issue. Again, I don't anticipate getting this thing before mid october. This might be what eventually runs me from AT&T.
 
I ordered 10 minutes before 12am and it seems like earlier orders do have problems (not getting mine today). I was waiting on the countdown page when it automatically refreshed to the login page. So I obviously placed an order. AT&T screwed up big time, plain and simple.

Yea i was waiting on the page that said "you are in the right spot and the page will refresh automatically" but when the page never refreshed at 3:02am i refreshed he page my self to only find out that all the apple products were grayed out and were not able to be purchased. So i went on apples site which was also down but i saw people were getting through via the app store so itried that and got a rsvp email to then only find out that my type of plan could not be purchased through apple directly. So i spent about 1.5 hrs with apple trying to get it figured out which ended up being a dead end. So I tried calling at&t directly and spent over 2.5hrs trying to place my order over the phone which finally went through. Needless to say my phones have made it to the final fedex stop before being loaded on the truck so I am one of the lucky few that will be getting a phone today. I hope a lot of you will end up getting them in the end
 
Okay guys I got it! 64gb SG +! Waited in line for 12 hours. Got lucky they only had three of my configuration and I was 8th in line. Every single person in front of me wanted the exact same thing. They made a mistake by flocking to the demo units first. Nabbed the last one.
 
I actually was so mad I wnet to Verizon and they said they didn't have any 6+ for sale either. I am forced to wait either way. They got us good....

To see how screwed up this situation really is someone needs to order another phone today through apple and see which one comes in first. That one or the preorder through ATT placed at launch.

I'd be scared to see the answer to this...

my plan for today, sign up for service with Comcast, and cancel my Uverse....also going to explore wireless carriers. I don't care at this point if it takes another 3-4 weeks. ATT you have lost my business good luck!
 
If you all want to blow up AT&T on twitter it appears that the hashtag attfail is pretty popular...wonder why

Now it's showing this again when you login. How can a company this big be so messed up?

Mine too but when I click it mine says I am eligible for a full upgrade on 9/13/16. Which matches my wife's and her 6 tracking info started on 9/13/14. It makes me think I have a phone somewhere activated for me.
 
FedEx Express was just at the office, but the mailroom guy missed it.

I have no tracking info (6+ 64GB SG, 10-2 to 10-13)

Kinda got my hopes up, but probably nothing important. He'll back back later this morning. Fingers crossed.
