Even the order status's are a lie. If my phone doesn't ship until 11/9-11/27 and they are "rushing" them off the lines and out the doors it wouldn't take that long. My status should be: Preparing to Assemble

Do I know you?

HAHA sadly, I did not get the silver. I had a 25% chance of getting it (which is better than my odds of getting my pre-order from AT&T at this point) and the guy ahead of me got it.

Your name doesn't happen to be Amanda does it? I know that is random and a longshot but what the heck...

A esperar, pues...

my plan for today, sign up for service with Comcast, and cancel my Uverse....also going to explore wireless carriers. I don't care at this point if it takes another 3-4 weeks. ATT you have lost my business good luck!

Yup, I am going to Comcast and I think Verizon. They lost 2 accounts from me if it doesn't come today. But just to be sure I am staying home from work till noon just in case, if not Comcast here. ATT you can go **** yr self

I have to image Apple is still cranking out phones 24/7 to fill the orders, so I don't expect these October/November ship estimates to be that long.

Did Apple start manufacturing the day they annouced? I have to believe they being producing for at least 30 days out before they pre-orders, but who knows.

I really hope Apple steps up production of the 6 Plus model. This is ridiculous.

Have to make this cardboard iphone 6 and 6+ to play around before I get the real one :(:(:(:(:(:(:(

AT&T - This is last time I ever buy anything from your website and also switching to other carrier after this.

Just spoke with a CS rep at AT&T premier. He gave me the line that these premier orders were worked by multiple teams to validate the orders and although mine was ordered at 12:54am MST it wasn't processes until 3:34PM on the 12th. I said that this isn't really first come first served. He agreed :( He apologized but that doesn't really help the situation. Guess I will just sit tight as I will not be cancelling my order as I hear the dates are even out until November. I currently have a working phone- Just won't be the first on the block to have the new shiny toy this time.

I wouldn't too much faith in anything the reps are saying at this point, they don't know anything. But yeah, I think this phone is going to be back-ordered for a long time. I'd hang on to that order...I know I am.

I still don't think that's accurate. I ordered at 11:45AM CST on the 12th, and got my confirmation email, estimated ship date (11/9-11/27) and was charged immediately. Had your order really been held until 3:34PM you would be in the November bucket. Tons of other examples around proving that this excuse is BS.

Gotcha. Sorry, lots of vague info on the forums. I'm glad to hear that there are still some orders squeezing through. Thanks for the info.

Trust me, immediately check my order status once I say his. :p Too bad for me, nothing changed.

In two days I start a new billing cycle which will reflect my two NEXT charges. My expected ship date is 10/2-10/13.... Go home AT&T, you're drunk!

I still have a pre-order in with Apple, but that's 2 weeks estimated after the AT&T one. Whoever gets me a tracking number first, the other gets canceled.

They would have to be cranking these out at least 30 days prior. Plus I've read before that if there are manufacturing snafus they send as many engineers as necessary to the factory to iron out the kinks in the production line.

I'd fight them on that. I'd argue "I have no phone, and nothing is activated so you can't charge me for what I don't have and haven't activated. We you get me a phone and I get it activated, feel free to charge my monthly fee, until then, go f yourself."

I don't know about y'all, but I'll plan on actually going to the store to play around with a real one to pass time till I receive.

My tweet:
#attfail preorder #iphone6Plus 3:10am EST & 3:21am EST on 9/12 & no delivery on release day. Shame on @ATT for shunting Premier customers

Good tweet, pisses me off that ATT totally screwed us. Meanwhile my friends over at Verizon are getting the exact same phone I ordered, plus they ordered it four hours later than me.

Thank you, mail sent!!!!!

I advise everybody to do this asap.

Mr Stephenson, like many other AT&T Premier customers I specifically set my alarm clock to wake me to order the iPhone 6 Plus 64GB in space gray as well as my wife's iPhone 6 Plus 64GB in gold on 9/12 at the AT&T website when your preorder window opened for the latest Apple iPhone. Today is the release day and I have not seen any tracking information for our iPhones. Your company moved the estimated date of delivery up a couple times, with the latest being 10/2 to 10/13, but this is unacceptable to me as I had completed both iPhone orders at 3:10am and 3:21am last Friday. In any other preorder traditionally an order so close to the preorder window opening pretty much guarantees delivery of said product to the customer ON the day of release or pretty dang well near it. To rub salt in the wound there have been several reports on social media of non-Premier AT&T customers having tracking numbers and well as receiving iPhone 6 Plus today; some of which preordered well past the 3am official preorder window opening.

I am disappointed in AT&T as I have been a customer since the original iPhone release (with Cingular) and you failed to deliver on the most important day of an Apple fan's year. I understand that Premier customers are not to be charged for the upgrade fees and wonder if that is why your company decided to give a lower priority to your Premier business customers. If that is the case maybe my wife and I should take our business to one of your competitors on forthcoming iPhone releases (we are fans of Apple and will stick with their products). I would very much like to see AT&T do everything in their power to provide expedient delivery of the iPhone 6 Plus to their Premier customer base. Perhaps you would consider applying a discount for your iPhone 6 Plus customers service bill next month to soften the blow of your inability to deliver today.

Regards,

Ben

People need to stop drinking the kool-aid about manufacturing issues they say this every year!!! its not true, its all speculation from bloggers, not one of them have credited sources. If there was said issues about manufacturing why are all the other colors of that model shipping out and on different carriers.

Did anyone else order before these? This is why we're upset with AT&T...

Yes, not premier, still no dice.
