What email do I send to? I am beyond fed up. I was told by a rep that I could go into the store this morning and cancel while I was there if they have a phone. So not true! Store rep says you must wait 24 hrs after you cancel!:mad:

Not true! I went to att store this this morning and they said they would be happy to cancel preorder in the store as long as I didn't have tracking numbers. They did however fail to mention that they only had 1 6plus in stock so I waited 45min for nothing.
 
Has this happened to any of you?

AT&T sent me an email last night letting me know that the possible arrival date remains the same (Nov. 9 to Nov. 27). Oh God... this is the first and LAST time I do a preorder. :(

Lot's of planes flying into Louisville, I know that's where a lot of phones ship from. Maybe we get something tomorrow or Monday. I don't see how they can make me wait till 10/2-10/13 when I got my email confirmations before the 12am launch. #attfail

Dont fret man. I received the exam exact email two days after placing the order saying 10/13-10/22. Then I received the same email on Thursday with 10/2-10/11. Don't look too much into it.

You can do preorders, just not with AT&T. The key is to have NOTHING to do with AT&T if you need something done reliably and efficiently.
 
6+ 64GB in SG here. Shipping date is showing as 10/2 right now. This is BS because my friends order is now showing 9/23. I placed my order at 2:53am EST and then I placed his order at 3:30am EST. So much for first come first serve :mad:
 
Well AT&T completely failed but Verizon came through! Ordered the same phone at the exact same time, one on Verizon and one on AT&T and just received the Verizon one. Now I will wait until whenever for the AT&T one to arrive.

That makes me so frustrated as an ATT-only customer, though. So disappointing.

My plan is to just let the pre-order finish its course (whenever that may be), and just plan to hop ship when I get the iPhone 7. Verizon, I'm coming home. ;) Used to have a flip phone with them in my pre-smart phone days.
 
Just read over on the AT&T preorder thread that someone just had 2 iphone 6+ show up at their door...they said they wern't expecting them since he never got a tracking number but he's still waiting on one.....there is hope my friends....there is hope.
 
Yup, 128GB Silver 6+. Ordered at the exact same time on 9/12 (pre 3AM ET). Clearly its not a supply issue as Verizon was able to flawlessly accommodate the order while AT&T just messed everything up.

Could be a Premier issue. Girlfriend ordered hers through Verizon but is a Premier member (we work for the same company) and her date is and always has been delivery by 14-Oct. Not changed once whereas mine moved up and down before finally settling on esstentially the same (2-Oct to 13-Oct ship date).

A friend of ours ordered same time as I did, through Verizon, not a premiere member and is delivery date was today from the start...

Disappointed but not the end of the world.
 
So I did send a email and I got a call from a escalation executive for att. Pretty much didn't give me any exact info on shipping. Just apologized. And would look into the fact people who ordered late getting their phones first. He said he will be looking at this specific blog today so if you want to be heard do it now.

Yeah, I have both for work reasons. Travel a lot and all over and having both ensures that I'll have at least one device with service anywhere I go. It also helped me out with this launch. Would I have preferred to have 2 6+'s on launch day, of course. But I'm happy with one. If not for this I would be ripping AT&T a new one right now.

I have corporate discounts on both AT&T and Verizon. AT&T's Premiere system is just a disaster. Verizon treats the orders the same. Verizon's ordering system is rather bare bones and gives absolutely no information but the device came on time as promised. I've called AT&T and thrown this in their face. Was actually on the phone with AT&T while I was signing for the package and setting up the device. They just kept making excuses as to how its not just an AT&T problem and I was like "No, but it IS just an AT&T problem as I am setting up my 6+ from Verizon right now". They have no idea WTF they are talking about over at AT&T. Eventually I'll get my AT&T 6+.

This is probably the guy you are thinking of. He posted yesterday that the two phones he recieved today had been marked as "shipped"

I ordered 3 IP6+ via our AT&T rep. He put the order in for 2 of the 3 at 10:30AM EDT, and the third one was put in at 1:15PM EDT. (That third one is mine dangit)

2 black 128GB, 1 white 128GB.

The estimated ship date for the first 2 has always been 10/31-11/11.
The estimated ship date for the third one has always been 11/9-11/27.

I received emails earlier today stating the shipping dates are still correct...

I just received an email saying 2 of them have shipped! I'm sad that the third one, which is mine, has not shipped yet... but I have hope that it will soon! And if I don't have it tomorrow, I fully expect it next week at the latest.

The rumor that "everyone who placed an order on the 12th and 13th will receive it on launch day" appears like it might be true!

I find it hard to believe, they are just saying what we want to hear. Ordering at 3 AM like most of us, compared to those ordering at 9 AM, means nothing.

AT&T, STOP TAKING PRE-ORDERS ON A PHONE WITH SHIPPING ESTIMATES GOING ALL THE WAY INTO THANKSGIVING!! STOP THE ORDERS IN ORDER TO FULFILL THOSE ALREADY PLACED AND OPEN THEM UP AGAIN, OR YOU CAN GIFT WRAP THE PRE-ORDERS MOVING FORWARD, SINCE THEY'LL BE ARRIVING BY CHRISTMAS FOR ALL WE KNOW.

All this Att BS HAS DRIVEN ME CRAZY!! I feel like I have been in a launch line for a full week!!

I still have a glimmer of hope but my fam is telling me I'm crazy to expect my plus today

I ordered 2 6's and 3 6+'s through ATT Premier. I already received one 6 that had a date of 11/9 delivery and have another 6 on the truck. No sign of 6+'s. However, in my ups tracking, i have 2 tracking numbers, one for the 6 that is on the truck now and one that says label has been created. No other info. The first 6 was delivered fedex. So, I am hoping that that tracking number on ups is one of my 6+'s.

My 6+ show 10/2-10/13 preparing to ship.
 
AT&T has done nothing but lie to me. I ordered a 6+ 128GB through premier at 2:01 PDT. I got confirmation of the order and dates of 10/1 - 10/13. Nothing since. Called and reps are rude and tell you nothing. This is so frustrating. I know its just a phone but AT&T has screwed this all up.... I will never preorder through AT&T again.....:mad:

P.S. Fedex driver said they will be delivering a buttload tomorrow as well!
 
Went to the T-Mobile store all ready to switch, but apparently no T-Mobile stores got plusses at all (which I actually respect-- that means they assigned all their plusses to preorders). Worse, they said if I ordered today the wait would be 8 weeks.

So I'm going to wait out the weekend and see. But come Monday I'm most likely going to say screw it and just wait the 8 weeks to switch. I appreciate their honesty, plus they have free data overseas instead of AT&T's ungodly rates.
