I for one, am planning on switching to Verizon because of this. I am off contract, no current ties to ATT. Besides, the coverage at my house is horrible, if my phone is lucky enough to ring, I have to hope the call doesn't drop as I'm walking outside to take it.

I was a pre-midnight, 6+, 64g, Space Grey, non-premier, Northern Cali person who still does not have their phone and is furious people who ordered after me are getting their phones.

I originally switched to ATT from Verizon to get the first iPhone, now that I'm not stuck with ATT, I'm 100000% switching so I don't have to deal with this next year when I upgrade again.
 
I placed my order at 11:50 pm 9/11 PST a 64gb g+ GOLD and still haven't gotten it. So its not only the 64 gb SG. I am in the 10/2-13 group. The CEO's assistant told me everyone who ordered on the 12th is in the same October group. How wonderful is that. Doesn't matter that we were the first ones in because of a screw up again by Premier's outdated system.

Well that CEO Assistant is wrong because I preordered on the 12th and I am in the November batch.
 
Lol yes us premier clients got screwed.. here's an example.. my neighbor who used my computer 20 minutes later to place his order after mine, same exact IP6+ 64gb SG got his tracking number 2 days ago and just got his phone.. he's a regular at&t client..

It's not just Premier that got screwed. I ordered at 2 minutes after preorders open, and my delivery window is 10/2 to 10/13.
 
So we are obviously not getting our phones today. For the 10/02 people when do you think ours will arrive? So pissed that my neighbor (not premier) got hers today (same GB, color, size as ordered) even though she placed her order 6 hours after me. Makes absolutely no sense. But now I just want to know is my phone really not being shipped for another 15-25 days? 10/02-10/12

My guess is by middle of next week
 
It's just a phone so I can do without it. It's the principal of it.

As I said earlier, I will stick around for the duration of this contract, then will be switching to Verizon. Invested too much time and effort to give up now regardless of this **** treatment from ATT, but they will not get another dime from me in the future, and all 3 of my lines will be going to Verizon as contract ends.
 
SG shipped just a much as gold and silver, mostly 64GB models, and yeah no **** not every single one. They are ******** of people waiting for their gold/silver model, just as many as SG. I apologize for my anger, it isn't towards you, just the fact that other people who ordered late received those precious few phones while we get left in the dirt.

oh trust me, my GF is going to be hurting tomorrow cause I am going to take all my frustrations out on her in the bedroom tonight!!! lucky woman..lol

you wont have to worry about not having coverage at your house anymore with VOLTE.. IT will make calls off your wifi.. I am also in Nor Cal and hardly seen any orders being filled over this way. But hey at least we aren't that kid in Australia...DOHHHHHHHHH

What time on 12th? My estimate is that majority of people (Tens of thousands) of people made their + order within 10min before and 10 min after ATT went live. I honestly think if you ordered anywhere after an hour or more, you should not be getting a delivery until all those ordered were filled, but obvious they isn't the care, so who knows who will get it when.
 
I'm still waiting on a gold 64 GB 6+.... ordered through premier at 3:03 AM ET. So it's not just SG people that are getting the shaft.

I am bombarding all the news channels on twitter (I don't have Facebook) letting them know how thousands of AT&T Premier customers are not getting their phones. It's not anything huge but it's something that should be resolved and spoken about. It's not much but it's something. People are retweeting and doing what they can to bring more attention to this mess.
 
what really pisses me off is I got an otterbox. so I don't care what color, if I would have known this I would have went gold or silver....This whole thing sucks, its my first pre order and at least I learned....Always going with Apple even if the site is down for hours, always going with Apple!!!



How did you get an otterbox for the 6+? They aren't even for sale yet

What are your damages?

As a business ATT is expected to service it's customers according to the contracts we have all signed. In agreeing to re-up our contracts, we have signed an agreement with ATT that they will provide us cellular service for fees we will pay monthly. We have also signed this contract with the premise from ATT that they will live up to the promises featured on their websites, in TV/radio/print ads, e-mails, and nowadays social media.

What ATT has done is violate the terms of the contracts we just agreed to. In exchange for my (personally) 2-year commitment, I was promised an iPhone 6-plus 64gb SG with the condition that ATT would fill my order when the product becomes available and upon completion of the orders before me. My e-mail clearly states that the pre-orders are first come, first serve... That means if I was order #200 and there are 200 SG 64gb Iphone 6-plus' to be had, I should get one.

What ATT has done according to some posters in this forum is violated that promise. They have shipped phones to customers out of order, and therefore have pulled a bait and switch or simply committed false advertising. They did not fulfill their end of the contract/agreement! So should I cancel? Probably, but I don't feel I should have to because ATT decided to screw up this process! We as customers deserve to be treated with the respect of Verizon, Sprint, and Apple who seem to be doing it right! People are reportedly getting their phones and in sequence to some degree.

All I'm saying is that I don't mind waiting till my pre-order was to be filled. What I don't think is right is ATT screwing people over for waking up at 3am because their systems aren't in check. They promised in that e-mail that orders will be processed according to first come first serve. How this would play out in court I have no idea... I'm just upset that ATT can get away with this, while other companies are treating their customers right! Yes, I'm of the mindset I may leave ATT... It may be the only way to hurt them, but then I get punished by having to wait longer with another carrier. So where do I win? I simply don't...

I would hope earlier. I spoke to a att rep via chat online. He said my 10/2-10/13 dates are the latest if see my phone. He also said he saw a note on my account "guaranteeing my plus would ship in 14-21 days" he also told me I should see it sooner even though he couldn't defiantly tell me. Also he said the 14-21 days starts when my order was placed which was 9/12 at 240 am #

Like many other AT&T Premier customers I specifically set my alarm clock to wake me to order the iPhone 6 Plus 128GB in space gray at the AT&T website when your preorder window opened for the latest Apple iPhone. Today is the release day and I have not seen any tracking information for my iPhone. Your company moved the estimated date of delivery up a couple times, with the latest being 10/2 to 10/13, but this is unacceptable to me as I had completed the orders at 3:12am. In any other preorder traditionally an order so close to the preorder window opening pretty much guarantees delivery of said product to the customer ON the day of release or pretty well near it. To rub salt in the wound there have been several reports on social media of non-Premier AT&T customers having tracking numbers and well as receiving iPhone 6 Plus today; some of which preordered well past the 3am official preorder window opening.

I am disappointed in AT&T as I have been a multi-service customer for many years. I understand that Premier customers are not to be charged for the upgrade fees and wonder if that is why your company decided to give a lower priority to your Premier business customers. I was charged a $40 upgrade fee which at this point I am sure you will be waiving that as you have for many customers I have communicated with over the last 48 hours. Please consider this a formal request for that $40 credit.



The lack of communication and the inconsistent information the CSR's are conveying is totally unacceptable. I left Comcast and paid more for AT&T services solely because of the poor customer service at Comcast. I am very seriously considering taking all of my services elsewhere. I would very much like to see AT&T do everything in their power to provide expedient delivery of the iPhone 6 Plus to their Premier customer base. Perhaps you would consider applying a discount for your iPhone 6 Plus customers service bill next month to soften the blow of your inability to deliver today.

Cool you used my response to Mr Stephenson and doctored it up! Didn't know I was writing a template, but this sounds pretty dang good! Glad you could use some of it to drive your point. I haven't been charged two $40 upgrade fees (one for my phones and the other for my wife's) and hope I don't ever see it.

What is really confusing is that it has to be WAY more than 10s of Thousands... Especially if the Foxconn plant is spitting out 140,000 iPhone 6+ a day!!! Even if they just started making them 2 days ago, you would think the earliest orders would be covered!

Something doesn't smell right here.

In a perfect world, most of us who ordered early would've received our phones today, and people such as yourself who ordered later that day would've received it next week, maybe early October. But since ATT wants to **** around, you're chance of receiving it soon is probably just as good as any one of us at this point. I wouldn't take their estimated shipping date seriously, since their system is ****ed beyond saving.
 
Just came to the att store to see if they had the 6 plus...they don't...but after comparing them...I decided I wanted to go with the 6...cancelled my 6 plus...and the fact that I was able to cancel means it wasn't being shipped today anyway. The rep here told me that people that pre ordered the plus in store were getting theirs in...again...people ordering after us, getting theirs first...screw pre order for the future with att!!!

Well consider this, Iphone 6/+ is being release in a lot of countries around the world. Apple doesn't start mass producing the phone until they are closer to the release date for security reason or what now, so my estimate is they perhaps had a million Iphone 6+ to split between a lot of countries. Then you gotta split it up again for Apple and other carriers, and smaller store like radioshack, so it get diluted pretty bad for the release date.
