Just got this from AT&T after emailing Stephenson last night

I'm sure this is nonsense, but here it is.....

There was a Fedex truck in front of my house like 15 minutes ago :mad: I was asleep and woke up when he drove away. I almost lost my mind.

They leave a note if they didn't deliver something, right? Because maybe he was there for my neighbor. At least I'm hoping.

They leave a "sorry I missed you' tag on the door". I live in an apartment, so when I miss them, they usually leave it at the office, so I'm not sure about houses.
 
Just came to the att store to see if they had the 6 plus...they don't...but after comparing them...I decided I wanted to go with the 6...cancelled my 6 plus...and the fact that I was able to cancel means it wasn't being shipped today anyway. The rep here told me that people that pre ordered the plus in store were getting theirs in...again...people ordering after us, getting theirs first...screw pre order for the future with att!!!

Visiting my AT&T Store had the opposite effect. I loved the 6+ so much that it solidified my decision to wait it out.
 
Ok, so I called that Premier phone number again and actually was able to speak to a real person. She tells me that my order wasn't processed in the system until 8am. 8. A. M.

I was like, so, ordering it at 12:01am, finishing my order within 5 minutes, and having absolutely no issues means nothing? How could my order possibly not go through until 8am?

All she said was that she was sorry thats just the way things were processed.
Said that there were so many orders I just couldn't imagine.

Apparently this is the case for many, many other people who ordered through Premier.

Phone probably won't be arriving for another 2 weeks.

This is completely unacceptable.
 
I'm still waiting on a gold 64 GB 6+.... ordered through premier at 3:03 AM ET. So it's not just SG people that are getting the shaft.

I ordered the exact same thing, but 1-2 minutes after you. Therefore I should get mine before you. Na na na na na!
 
Try being in the 11/9-11/27 "Range of Doom". Other than getting an order confirmation at 11:49AM CST on 9/12, and the "you're going to pay us a fee for that 2yr contract" sms on Wednesday, the date hasn't flinched and I haven't received any other communications.

Just checked Verizon, you can order the phone now with a backorder date of 10/24.

I waiting on a Silver 64GB. I'm in the dreaded 10/2 range of doom. No tracking or emails of any kind since it moved to that date (I had been back a week at first).

Same boat.. At&t stores in area have tons of 6's still. But only got 12 plus's
 
So we are obviously not getting our phones today. For the 10/02 people when do you think ours will arrive? So pissed that my neighbor (not premier) got hers today (same GB, color, size as ordered) even though she placed her order 6 hours after me. Makes absolutely no sense. But now I just want to know is my phone really not being shipped for another 15-25 days? 10/02-10/12

I am in the same boat. What worries me is why would they rush to get us our pre ordered phones? We have basically bought the phone so why wouldn't they keep the phones flowing into the stores for new sales and then supply us once the store sales slow. They have already proven that they do not care about first come, first served.

My order status when following the link I got in an e-mail the next morning was ALL over the place and yesterday changed from 10/02 to 10/13 to Processing. I have no e-mails with a tracking number or saying anything has shipped. BUT I was perusing an upgrade for my husbands line and noticed this:

When I log into My AT&T and go to the My Orders tab it gives a totally different story than the order link in the pre-order. Indeed! A FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER. My phone was scanned in in Fort Worth Texas this morning at 6am. It looks like I might just get it Monday!

Again - The my order link on my e-mail was useless but on My AT&T on the My orders tab it had the info :) Good luck!

I did you someone a favor. Anyone who ordered a 64GB 6+ Silver will be getting a bump up. I cancelled my pre-order today. My friend got his, I held it, immediately cancelled. It was just way too big for me (that's what she said). One handed typing is more important than a slightly better screen etc... Ended up walking into AT&T around 12:30 EST and got a 64GB Gold 6 on the spot, no hassle.

Hope you guys have enjoyed Hell Week, best of luck to you!

I didn't order a case because on the 5 preorders I'd heard that a shortage of cases would delay your iPhone if they were on the same order. I'd planned to go to the Apple Store tonight and scope out a case. Alas...
 
When I talked to billing today, the CSR told me that all online orders, even those with individual accounts were considered Premier orders. In other words she said their whole web order system is Premier.

I had called billing to ask her if my account showed a pending Next instalment for my next billing period which starts around Oct 8. She said there was a pending charge but that it would not show up if the phone is not activated.

I think there may be some validity in this because when I called customer service to cancel my order, she asked if she could connect me to a Premier rep. I am associated with no business and when I try to log into Premier, my regular AT&T log-in/password does not work.

FedEx does not operate on Mondays.

BUT they do operate Saturday, unlike UPS. So you might actually be getting it tomorrow

The estimate shipping date is still the same 10/02-10/13

Wish there was a waiting room where we could down some scotch, delivered to us by beautiful girls in tasteful dress, roaring fireplace, maybe a cigar or two.

At least we'd be in good company then.
 
This is the reason why every line you see for the iPhones, over half of them are asians looking to flip it. (no it's not meant to be a racist comment).

No joke, I was at the Apple Store a few hours ago, just to physically see and hold these phones. Asian guy next to me checking out with one of the Apple reps picked up two 6 Plus 128GB phones..I guess the T-Mobile models - (Does Apple sell unlocked, I don't think so..but I could be wrong.) Anyway, the total came to well over $2100. Just thought "jesus, I wish I could drop $$$ like this." I'm holding out hope for a surprise from UPS or FedEx today. A shipping update from AT&T would be great too. I'm in California so maybe my launch day, or Monday, hopes are still in play.
