Trust me when I tell you that you just went from the frying pan to the fire. I'm not at all happy with the way that this was handled by AT&T. But my experiences with comcast have been so much worse. I'm still waiting for a credit of $216 to be properly applied from 8/2013.

I appreciate the idea of voting with your wallet and AT&T most certainly botched this. But good luck with comcast, my friend. Good luck. You will need it. This pre-order mess is but a minor hiccup compared to what you will be dealing with each month when you have to call comcast after receiving your bill.

Actually agreed... I think Comcast is probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. AT&T screwed up this preorder... Comcast screws up day in and day out on the most ordinary of tasks. Good luck, indeed.

FedEx delivery problem

I've been tracking my phone on FedEx and I just got a delivery exception notice that they have the wrong address. When I called customer service, she shows that they have my correct address and they will try again to deliver today. What a pain.

I've never felt so shafted by a company. There is a continuous flow of iPhone 6+ coming into the US, Verizon and Apple Store customers are getting updates and shipping info every day, but our shipping date has remained October without even a hint of budging. Why would ATT do this to themselves? I'm sure Apple made the same amount of product available to ATT as they did Verizon. ATT is going to lose so many customers over this debacle.

I want my phone

You have had a bad time I see. Friends here and neighbors quite the opposite. More excited for this then the phone...hate Uverse

Yeah we all feel horrible for you bro. Try not getting one for another 2 weeks. C'mon man.

What would interest me is another tab and form in that spreadsheet showing similar data from those who did not get their phones. Add if there is premier, next or contract, etc.

Yeah, I thought of that, but too late. I had already created the form and entries were already coming in.

Just got off the line from a CSR from exec office. (They replied to the email I sent the CEO) I got them to at least waive my activation fee. He also said would most likely get the phone sooner then later.

Wow, sorry. So I'm worried they will bring it and leave it at the wrong house which FedEx has done before with another item.

Well my wife's 128gb 6 showed up... Saw the guy with only one package in his hand and my heart sunk :(

No need to be sorry and I wasn't trying to be a jerk but perhaps I was. What I meant is that you know you have a phone that is attempting to be delivered while the rest of us know that we may have one.....in China

Still no phone, tracking number, information or actual billing (other than the authorization on my credit card). But I did just get my cheapo case delivered that will carry me through until I can get a legit Otterbox. The 6+ is huge.

I'll be holding this damn empty case all night long, pretending it's my actual phone.
<sigh>

6+ Silver 128GB. Started at 2 am central. Completed at 2:31 am from site problems. I've moved from 10/31 group to 10/2 group, but that's the last update I have.

All I can think is: http://youtu.be/4T2GmGSNvaM

Back from work. No door tag. And from the look at the last couple pages on this forum, looks like not many, if any, people got their phones from AT&T today. Nor even a tracking number.

WTF did AT&T do to screw themselves up this bad, and screw their loyal customer base over to this extent? It seems kind of unreal.

I would even understand if the majority of you guys who ordered in the first hour of the site being up got your orders, but ****ing nothing?!?!?!

That's insane... AT&T really needs to get its $*it together.

I guess this means I just have to attempt to scoop a 6+ up from somewhere in the meantime until AT&T can fix themselves.

Email to CEO of AT&T and Grace

I would truly appreciate some sort of explanation on what is going on with Iphone 6+ orders. I received my confirmation email saying the purchase is processing few min after 3:00am EST time, yet I've seen proof of others who ordered hours later receive their tracking number during last few days. I find this extremely disrespectful that AT&T did not honor their 'first come first serve' policy and decided to just send out orders at random. What is the point of staying up late if all we get is lies and 'you can always cancel your order' from AT&T customer representatives? There are emails from AT&T reps stating that Premier order system did not work as intended, yet instead of fixing the issue, they decided to just ignore the most loyal customers who ordered first, if that isn't negligence, I do not know what is. I would truly appreciate it if you can give me some sort of logical explanation on what exactly happened and what AT&T is willing to do to remedy this situation other than 'Cancel your order if you don't like'. Thank you.

this is so funny. I love when they do this on Twitter. They're all extremely shady with each other but on a more serious note, some guy from corporate just called me and asked about the email I sent. He told me he would have to "investigate" into the issue involving what happened with the que. It was kind of pointless talking to him though because he obviously can't do anything about his crap system now.

Got a call as well, same story.

I'm 100% convinced that maybe the only people if any that have any clue what is happening is the logistics people shipping orders...and they are the people we can't communicate with. The CSR's all the way up to the top are clueless. They don't have an answer and no one really seems to know how this got F'd up or we would know by now.

I'm premier, ordered 2 phones by 2:08 am CST, 1 64 6+ SG and 1 64 6+gold. Was originally given 10/13-10/22, was charged the preauthorization but then that disappeared, was moved to 10/2-10/13 and my cancel button went away. Now the cancel button is back. No tracking info at all and I saw someone post my EXACT order with tracking info for delivery today when they ordered over a day later. Never have felt more screwed over by a company.

They are all bad. I have At&t u verse 45Mps and I can't load HD videos on Youtube most of the time. When I had Comcast Business class, it was expensive, but worked, I really regret switching to u verse. However, I agree that regular Comcast or Xfinity is terrible.

I really hope Google fiber takes off.

To me, it isn't so much that I didn't get my phone, it the attitude of "Well we told you October, so it's going to be October" as if blind to the fact that if someone wakes up at 2-3 am to order a phone on the internet, they are doing so because they expect it to be there on launch day, or ASAP.

You can't just assign a iPhone pre-order customer 10/2 - 10/13 bucket, and ignore them until that date comes around. Maybe that works for normal orders, but that isn't how the iPhone pre-order process is supposed to work. If I company is going to play the pre-order game, they have to play by the conventions established by Apple (i.e. if you put in an order at 3am, you get a phone at your door on launch day). If you don't, its going to look terrible for you in comparison to every company who plays the game the way it is supposed to be played.

Two minutes before you, and the same thing with me, exactly the same. I understand that there are shortages and AT&T is having problems fulfilling these orders, but at least tell us, and why did others who ordered many hours later, get theirs? That is my biggest issue here.
