Hi just wanted to show you all this, I thought it was kind of weird.

Just a little background, I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gold at 3:09am EST on 9/12. Received my confirmation emails and morning texts like everyone else. My shipping date on the website is 10/2 - 10/13. I thought it was weird that she quoted me a date in november and also what she had to say next.

Order times were about ten minutes prior to midnight launch.
6 plus 64g Silver
6 plus 64g Space Grey

Both confirmation emails received just before midnight.
Pre authorization popped up immediately, went away early this morning then my card was charged again a couple hours later.

I've been reading this thread the last few days and figured id sign up and let you guys know what I was told about an hour ago from ATT .. I called around 11:00 asked what's going on with my order. she told me the order shows as shipping 10/2 -10/13 but that will change in the next day or so and that my phone will ship out on the 19th. so should be getting it 22 or 23.
i ordered a 6 plus silver 64GB at 2:53 CDT ... so yeah. I don't know how true this is but this is what I was told. we shall see

They said " I have no clue where that information came from. wtf do you think i am customer support". then suggested specific support center might of been told to tell customers that, so they could quickly move on to real issues.

If I were a betting man id say be ready to pull your "family members" card come the 19th.

We see any more 19th confirmations in this thread I'm gonna start taking region and states too lol. This is too much. I need sleep but I vow to finish this thread first!

Whenever you buy a new phone, you always get this email. I got two of these this morning. I went back and looked through my email and I have always gotten these after getting a new phone. Correct me if I am wrong but I do believe that you only get these emails after the IMEI number and Sim have been entered in the system.

at 3:30 am Central . They were all showing 14 to 21 days also And I got it on launch day SO Best of luck to all

I'm beginning to wonder who's retarded and who isn't. Meh. Thursday I'll be looking for Michiganders to hit the store with should all be for naught.

How do u do chat via phone to att? My att app or something?

My wife is the primary on our account and I was able to upgrade with no problem online.

Yes I used the myAT&T app. Maybe others should try that method to see what the CSR says.

Got my IP6+ ordered at 1:45 AM CST, order confirm email received within a few minutes after that, so 15 minutes prior to scheduled release time.

Have always had expected ship date of 10/13, haven't seen any update since and long ass hold times on the premier line. Weird thing is my contact number on the order is 999-999-9999

I think Apple and other carriers are shipping the Plus this Friday. At least I think I came across a few in other threads. If that's the case I have to believe AT&T will have them to ship for Friday as well. Given no one seems to have a Launch ship date, some should change to that. I can't imagine only AT&T was screwed on the 6 plus.

If no one was getting a 6 plus from the other carriers I would lose hope and just assume it's a mass delay but I don't think that's the case.

That would be cool but I do know one thing, it sure will be fun to see who gets a delivery this Friday. Should be very interesting.

Anyway back on topic with the adults... there's 2 possibilities here-

1) The ship dates everyone is seeing are real... and nobody, or nearly nobody, is getting their 6+ from AT&T on 9/19... most in October or November.

or

2) AT&T, a pretty large company that has been doing this for a while, still can't align their own inventory data with shipping dates 4 days after orders were placed



Mind you, I've seen more than enough incompetence from AT&T to believe the second one, but it's pretty embarrassing if true.


Doubly so that nobody working for the company seems to know which is the case.... (which is something everybody working for them should know by this point)



Oh, and mine (after hypen) is 1114 and ship date listed as 10/13-10/22... I ordered at 12:01 PST Friday night/Sat Morning.. space gray 128GB 6 Plus

Let's compare this if you don't mind. I'm premiere but my art order number is 1114 after the hyphen. I had to cancel my apple order and order from att at 3:00 pm. So why are our numbers the same? My shipping date is 11/27

I just got off the phone with premiere support. Both my 6 plus orders are complete and in the warehouse awaiting a tracking number.

Anything you said to prompt em to check somewhere different by chance? Seems like they're still going off the estimated date for me. Unfortunately can't do UPSMyChoice since I listed my business address as signature is required.

That's the exact same phone I ordered! My order time was 1:56 central time, 49 minutes before you. I still don't have any updates. Grrrr.
