But it isn't true that they said you would get it right away and then changed it. That's all we're saying. AT&T has botched just about every other aspect of this launch, and clearly they should've made the shipping estimates even easier to see since a lot of people didn't see that.

Well, tomorrow it's 14 business days for me..... what will the excuse be if they don't ship it out tomorrow ?

I ordered my iPhone + and my wife an iPhone inside an AT&T store the evening of September 26th. Received a window for the + for 11/05 to 11/14 and 10/27 to 11/14 for my wife's. Been reading up on this post ever since.

I decided to cancel my order last Friday (10/3) and they said it would take 3 business days for my upgrade eligibility to be changed back. Yesterday I went online and chatted with someone who directed me to another department and they were able to get it back and going. I searched idevicechecker.com and found they had a 128 SG Plus 45 minutes away from me at a Radio Shack. Called and asked they reserve it for me as I didn't want to drive all the way out there and it be already sold.

Now I have my phone and it is awesome. I'd recommend anyone who has an estimated shipping date months out to do the same. Pretty easy process and got my phone at least a month prior than if I would have waited. Good luck all!

I've already passed 14 business days. And 21 business days is approaching fast. I have no expectation of my device shipping by that day. I just wish they would tell us what happens AFTER my shipping date lapses.

I ordered from Apple.com sep 18th. Delivery date oct 17 to24. I foolishly canceledy preorder, October 2, thinking I could get one at the store. I did I not know you can't do instore pickup with att next. i did some more Apple orders and cancelations which led to me loosing my upgrade for about a week and no longer being able to order from Apple.com. Just ordered from att today.

6+ att premier. 64gb SG. ship date nov 14-25.

Can't do instore pickup with AT&T Next? I wasn't aware of that.

Do you mean order online and pickup in store or no AT&T Next period?

You can't reserve for in store pickup with next. What some people have done is bought the phone for retail in order to reserve for in-store pick up. Once there you're able to switch to to the ATT Next plan. A little bit of a hassle but they're able to do it for u there at the apple store.

Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification.

Looks like no phones are being shipped today?

None that I've seen at least from people that post updates here.

I'm in the same boat as you my friend. I ordered my 128 SG at 12:45am and got my confirmation email at 12:50am.

Hopefully we both get some good news soon. I've seen a couple targets get silver 64's, and even a SG 64 a couple hours away from me. First I've seen any stock of the 6+ in the Seattle area at least.

Yes if you ordered on the 12th we are at day 17

Too long either way you count it :)
I have listed shipping date 10/02/14 - 10/13/14 and it looks like they will blow that as well....

Well folks... I possibly freed up a phone for you. I cancelled my order for my 128 GB, Space Gray iPhone 6 Plus. I found the exact same model in the Orland Park Apple Store tonight in Illinois. They had ONE in stock when I went. The employee who helped me said they got a shipment in today, and COMPANIES have already reserved phones, who pre purchased multiple phones on a business plan. So, us lowly folks are still being pushed behind. Take it with a grain of salt, but I'm out of this thread.

I feel for you all, I hated this experience and If I didn't find mine, I'd still be in the trenches with you all. Good luck, I truly hope yours arrives on your door step in the very near future!

Apple iPhone 6Plus 128gb space gray

I can honestly say, I have lost all interest in this phone. The only reason I am not canceling is to see how long this entire process takes.

Helen: Illinois is the state
Yavira: Thank. I do see here your order is currently in back order.
Helen: Ok my estimate delivery date is this week?
Yavira: The estimated shipment days for your order are, 10/02/2014 To 10/13/2014.
Helen: Exactly so why is my order still on back order
Helen: So what does that mean
Yavira: Correct. Your order is currently in back order it is not guaranteed that you receive your device in this estimated shipment days. From my experience it is very rare for an item to be out of stock for more than a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, since we are relying on inventory we can not guarantee a date.

Helen: So why did my dates change from nov to October now Its not ganranteed

Yavira: As I informed you this device is currently back order unfortunately, since we are relying on inventory we can not guarantee a shipment day.

Helen: I've already passed 14 business days. And 21 business days is approaching fast. Tell me what happens AFTER my shipping day lapses?

Yavira: I apologize for the inconvenience. We have seen tremendous demand for the new iPhone models from the very moment they became available to pre-order. Apple and it’s manufacturing partners are working hard to fulfill the demand for these exciting new products. Orders are processed in the order that they are received and I assure you that we’re working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Helen: That's not true!! I kno several ppl that placed an order after me and have received their phone? So it's not 1st come 1st serve

Yavira: Devices are being shipped out in the order they are received.

Yavira: The processing of some orders take longer then others. I am very sorry about that.

Helen: Mine been processed the same day 3:45am with no issues

Yavira: I apologize for the inconvenience, Helen but some orders are processed sooner then others it all depends on your order.

Helen: Ok thanks have a good day

It would have been nice of them to explain why some orders are taking longer to process.

Just got the alert that my new bill was available...they charged me an upgrade fee on 9/13...wow, that takes some guts when I am still sitting here 6plusless!!

That's what's gonna piss me off.
Yes, it really pissed me off too, so I called multiple times to complain and told them their payment would also be backordered. I preordered 2 128gb SG 6+s. Over $1000 total. The 2nd person at AT&T I complained to did credit me $40 of the $80 fee.
