physically ordered on 9/12 at 4:30am. my order didnt actually process till the 17th because the ******** credicard problem because of their system crashing. took 3 phone calls to get it processe

when 877# switches to processing then you should see a CC charge very soon and then shipping info within 48 business hours. I assume 877 switched to processing for you and if that's the case, congrats.
It appears we are still making good progress and from all appearances (just looking at the "list") orders are being processed in order of their date bought (except the one outlier of an Oct order that has already shipped which I am slightly dubious about).
I get Backordered on 877 but processed and sent to warehouse on 866 and my card has been charged. I'm now officially confused
that's the first I have heard of that happening, however, I don't think most people here monitor the 866# so I wouldn't worry, it sounds like you are making progress. What, when and where did you order?

I cancelled my order through Premier Friday afternoon with the intention of driving to Lexington, KY BUT at 4:15pm Friday they showed up here in the Knoxville Apple store!!! I hauled tail over there right after work, picked up my 6+ 128 SG and was frantically looking for a case to get me through until I decide what I want for good by 6pm. Soooo...good luck to all of you still waiting. I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you.

I have repeatedly been told by ATT that since I am a business premier account, I HAVE to buy through them. I ordered my 6+ 128 SG through them on 9/23 in corporate store. Can you tell me what the Apple Store does for you since you were Premier? I probably could have gotten my phone at Apple several times by now since I live relatively close to one. I also sat in line early on the 19th. I was 22 in line but they ran out of pluses about 10 people in. :-(. So tired of waiting!
Being Premier had no bearing at all, from what I could tell. There was a slight activation mishap which took about 10 mins for AT&T to resolve, but I believe that was because I am on a Mobile Share plan and that was not an option so we just chose random voice and data plans - I could be wrong though. Also, I'm not sure if "Business Premier" is different than my "Premier"...I am premier because of my discount plan through my employer. Hope that helps/answers your questions.

I'd just like to add that those currently in your shipping window, look more towards the last day for any movement. Based on the history and my personal experience as well, I received no movement until the last day of my shipping window (others received even received it the day after).
Stick to the 877 # for legit updates, once you switch from back order hell to processing, you'll receive shipping confirmation within the next 48HRS. Good luck to all.
