Yes and Yes. the charge fell off about 3 days later and still waiting for phone.

ordered 9/30 on att.com 64+ gold 64+ silver NEXT confirmed 10/1(with that text and charge)
shipping dates 11/10-11/19
since then NOTHING....ticktockticktock

yours said that and your CC was charged for tax?

I gave up waiting for AT&T with my order. I drove a little over 100 miles Friday evening to an :apple: store and once I had the 6+ 128 GB SG in my hand, I called AT&T and cancelled my order!
There was nothing to it! :) Within minutes of canceling, the :apple: rep checked my status and I was reinstated for the Next program and within 30 minutes I was out the door and on my way back home. :) :) :)

Anyone who ordered online and are planning to trade in their old phone can directly go to AT&T store and get the promo card right there rather than shipping it. Will save you on shipping.

I wasn't sure if they would accept the trade in at the store but they did.
 
If there was an Apple store in Puerto Rico I would have cancelled my order way long ago guys! I know some are just stuck upon AT&T mercy, but the ones that can cancel, do so and pick it up at it local or nearest Apple Store. Still waiting on the SG 64 GB 6+, but I ordered it on on 10/16. I can imagine the guys that pre-order on 9/12

It's ok. Everyone besides those in their shipping window are getting their phone. I'm on day freaking 6 of my shipping window and still have to hear that bitch tell me I'm on backorder.

Yes I wa told that when I ordered my SG + 128. That is the only reason I continue with this stupidity of waiting. I don't have a Apple store nearby. And if I cancel I may lose the 200 dollars they will give for my 4S. I Ordered on 9/27 with Shipping date of 11/5-11/14.
