I haven't updated the following list since the last time it was posted on 10/29 but here it is if anyone else wants to work on updating it.
Well after canceling my order a customer service rep told me that I could have changed my payment info with the Premier department. Now I can't find a phone at an Apple Store. #
Here I am another day older. Another day I could get hit by a bus, attacked by a shark, or win the lottery. All occurances of which have significantly better odds than me receiving shipping info today. But I digress...
Ordered on SG64 9/13, shipped friday, has been sitting at the destination sort center 2 hours away since saturday afternoon. 
Fedex estimated I should have it today, but I'm getting a little scared since it hasn't moved since saturday...
They shipped Fedex 2day weekday delivery btw, premier customer here.
Sooo close, Fedex better not have lost my phone!

I was told that FedEx dates are 'Business Days', which don't include weekends, so hoping you get your phone today!!!

i got the 64 gig. shouldnt it be 399+ tax?
i was charged what im assuming is the 40$ activation fee. but my bill already has a charge for the activation therefore im wondering why my card is charged that.
and you cant tell me theres 40$ in tax??

Depending on taxes in your area, it should be around $40 for taxes (Indiana is 8% and it came out to $430 here)
The total you see is an estimated total for all one-time fees, even though they may be charged at separate times.
If you read the bottom of your email next to the first asterisk, the last sentence says "Unless waived, your one-time activation or upgrade fee will be charged to your first month's bill". So, even though it will actually be billed on your next monthly invoice, it's letting you know upfront what the total of all the one-time charges will be for that particular purchase.
I know, it's confusing and makes no sense...but that's apparently how they do it.
In Illinois: $399(phone)+$40(upgrade fee)+$25(tax)=$464.99 total
Charged NOW: $399+$25=$424
Billed LATER: $40

Have those of you within your shipping windows checked the website to see if they pushed back your shipping dates again? Just curious how they are handling these orders now that shipping time frames are nearing an end.

I suggest that you call the Billing Dept and do not hang up until you are satisfied with their explanation. Everyone has a right to know how and why they are being charged or billed, and if you arent satisfied, ask to speak to someone else. That's what they get paid for
CANCELLED ORDER UPDATE : 11/03 approx 9pm CST Mr. Edmond (from President's office) called us last night after office hours from his home!!!
He gave us his direct email and apologized that they were not able to find a phone at an AT&T store for us. He instructed us to make another order online and send him the order number, which he will forward to their project manager for special expedited shipping that will allow us to get our phone in our original shipping dates...
So we are not losing our 10/29-11/03 original queue!!!!
So far, this Edmond fellow is pulling his weight and going beyond the call of duty. So far so good...my extreme anger and frustration is dissipating.
To be continued....
