I have now set up my bank account to send me emails everyday of my balance in case something like this happens to me. I hope you get your phone soon. Heck, I hope I get my phone soon!!
It was my saving grace....TRUST ME!! I was nervous initially when people were writing about Chase's fraud issue, but our older cards expired in September and we had been sent new ones, which we immediately activated and had used for the iphone 6 Silver 64GB purchase on the 19th at Apple and then the iphone 6+ SG 64GB order placed at the AT&T store the next day on 09/20. Both transactions were fully funded and went thru fine, so it couldn't have been that. The initial lady we spoke to was very snippy and condescending and quick to say that it must have been an issue of available funds. So when we raised hell about it and let her know we were insulted, the whole issue of sending them proof came about.
BUT...the bottoms line was that we did not accept their "Too bad...you'll have to re-order" line and asked to speak to superiors, etc.
What is wrong, is wrong....and the customer should not pay for someone else's mistake.
