I suggest that you call the Billing Dept and do not hang up until you are satisfied with their explanation. Everyone has a right to know how and why they are being charged or billed, and if you arent satisfied, ask to speak to someone else. That's what they get paid for :)


yeah maby i should. because i want to make aure the $441.91 is correct and im not being charged for the $40 activation fee twice
(once with price of phone and twice on my bill)

I order online so I don't have to go the the ****ing store:mad::mad:

The better question is why the **** can't they send orders out on time instead of cramming the mall store full of non-selling phones?

why even run an online store if they can't keep up the stock?

2 or 3 weeks = I'm cool with it.........6-8 weeks = get your **** together ATT

If someone can PLEASE explain how to do the NEXT plan in the apple store without paying full price on 2 phones AKA $1500 then I will consider it

Is there any specific reason you can't go into an Apple store to get the phone? California is littered with 6 Pluses. Cancel the order once the Apple employee brings the phone out.

Just called and still on backorder. Haaaaaaaaaate AT&T. Haaaaaaate. Hate. Hate.

How much is it AT&T's fault and not Apple for not supplying enough phones? I guess I'm not sure how the handshake between Apple and AT&T works.

Btw, I very dislike AT&T as well haha
 
CANCELLED ORDER UPDATE : 11/03 approx 9pm CST Mr. Edmond (from President's office) called us last night after office hours from his home!!!

He gave us his direct email and apologized that they were not able to find a phone at an AT&T store for us. He instructed us to make another order online and send him the order number, which he will forward to their project manager for special expedited shipping that will allow us to get our phone in our original shipping dates...
So we are not losing our 10/29-11/03 original queue!!!!
So far, this Edmond fellow is pulling his weight and going beyond the call of duty. So far so good...my extreme anger and frustration is dissipating.
To be continued....

I have now set up my bank account to send me emails everyday of my balance in case something like this happens to me. I hope you get your phone soon. Heck, I hope I get my phone soon!!

Edit...just got off the phone with the Apple Store in the Mall of Georgia. I'm in Athens, Georgia! They told me all you have to do is go in and say you want to do the NEXT program. Simple as that. Now any other extenuating circumstances like say unlimited data or anything might be a problem. That question would have to be asked specifically.

P.S. Is anyone else having an issue with the auto correct in iOS 8.1 or is it just me?

Ordered 6+ SG 64GB on 9/20 in store. Just checked the 877 number now and it changed to processing....

Original shipping window 10/29 - 11/7
 
I haven't been waiting as long as some folks on here, but seeing an influx of these devices in my area on istocknow is increasing my frustration.

I'm debating whether or not to buy an unlocked 6+ at my local Apple Store, dropping my 5s sim into it, and using this to hold me over until the AT&T order comes in (I'm locked into them because of work) until I finally receive mine. As long as I don't break the phone I should be able to return within 14 days right? Or is this too much risk to take on - given that if I break it, I'd be SOL.

It's 11:16AM and the battery on my 5s is under 50% after a night of full charge... I just want a new phone :D!!

You can do Next in the store, you just can't do it online.
 
Still seeing 6 Pluses ordered after mine on 9.19 getting shipped.
My ship window doesn't start until the 9th, but come on.... AT*T:rolleyes:

Now that the jailbreak window will be closing in a few days, I'm a bit more motivated to walk into a store and get my second or third choice of color or size.

Ordered a silver 64 6+ on 9-26, 11/5-14 est. ship. SHOULD see movement next week. This is how I have seen things go. Last week of ship window with a few before and unfortunately a few after. Ask the 9/12ers STILL out there. I would be hotter than the sun if I were one of them.

Wouldn't the $41.94 be tax... ~10.5% tax? Or depending on where you live.. you get charged full retail price tax.
