p.s. time flies doesn't it? i walked into the store on 9/22 and ordered this....and now thanksgiving is right about the corner :D

...UPS has a huge (I think its their biggest/main hub) in your state ..so it will likely fly directly from Alaska to your state overnight just in time to get placed on a truck and go out for delivery
 
MARK ME OFF THE WAITING LIST!

I'm currently typing this on my shiny new 6 plus... That I did NOT get from AT&T obviously.

To recap... Ordered on ATT online on 10/10, 6 plus 64gb silver, delivery window of 11/19-12/01.

So... Fiancée and I are at the mall (5 minutes from our house) today doing some Christmas shopping, so I thought I would drop by the Apple Store at the mall while she shopped around. Lucky me, they had several to choose from, but no silver. So I got a 64gb SG, no big deal.

Cancelled my order with ATT and in less than 20 minutes from the time I walked in, I had my new phone.

ATT can eat a fat one. Did I NEED this phone? No. But I was tired of waiting and I was under the same roof as an Apple Store. It worked out for me fortunately.

I hope you all get your phones soon!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!!!

I went to ATT store 9/23 and was told that I would have the phone by 10/15 but probably would get it within 2 weeks. He said that all orders would be processed first ordered first shipped. The CS rep did not know of the $200 trade-in for 4S so I went home and ordered online. My status online from 9/23 has been "Preparing to ship". I called 877# on 2nd day of my shipping window and it said "processing". I called 877# on 3rd day of my shipping window and it said "back ordered". And every day since has been "back ordered". Same story as many on this forum. :(

Same dates.... # to hoping this week we get shipments

AT&T cancelled one of the phones, found a 64GB Gold in the 24/7 Apple store, picking it up in a few minutes!

Don't take me off the list though, I still have one phone on that order.

To Whom It May Concern -

I ordered my 128 GB Space Grey iPhone 6 Plus on 9/21.

Since then I have been incredibly patient. Even considering being hung up on by your customer service agents and purposely disconnected from chats.

My estimated shipping window is 10/29-11/07. It is now 2 hours away from the 9th day of my shipping window without any update of any kind. I called last Tuesday to verify my order was still valid as I get no answers or updates and the woman basically told me it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship.

Starting to believe I was simply told that to be gotten rid of. AT&T has always disappointed me in their customer service and I dread going into the local store. Even when I went to order this phone I was told I should instead order an Android and when I asked about those phones after a few questions the representative informed me he didn't believe I could handle something as complex as an Android.

I would like a status update on my order and why it's not shipping within the window I was given when others who ordered after me or have later shipping dates have received their iPhone 6 Pluses.

You should try tracking by reference number on UPS. Enter your the phone number you used for your order. Maybe you will see something.

Oh no, I cancelled one of those phones!

Both lines were an early upgrade, but one of those lines is eligible today, which is why I cancelled only that one phone.

Well after an hour and a half drive n 3 hours in the Apple Store I have my 6+ SG 64 GB I had 2 reserve the phone with a 2 yr contract, cancel the order, n rebuy it on the next. Took 1-1/2 hrs for canceling the 1st order 2 process n another 1/2 hr for my eligibility to restore. Better and quicker than waiting for AT&T though. LOL. Good luck to everyone. Take care. Peace!

iphone 6 plus SG 128

Hello all,

Been a long time lurker but I finally decided I wanted to voice my opinion (I'm a big kid now lol jk). First off, I ordered a iphone 6 plus SG 128gb on 9/20 at the store my shipping window is 10/29-11/07. I cannot cancel my order because I will lose 100 dollar credit which will suck horribly. I actually just came from verizon, I was sad to leave but I had no choice because my mother works for at&t (she works on business landlines so old school stuff) and gets a really great discount so I am stuck with at&t (not happy at all). I also never order through carriers always through apple (iphone launchs suck on every carrier) so this is my first and as you can imagine I am pretty P.O.ed right now. I am using a iphone 3gs to hold me over and let me tell you, its old! lol My main concern is that my contract says my current 3g plan I am on is going to expire the 11/12 and that is next week! So I am freaking out because they haven't told me anything. I live in Texas (state of at&t headquarters) so that pisses me off even more that we are completely sold out of 128gb SGs and the closest to me is UTAH and that is more then 12 hours drive....sigh.... So I am living proof that they don't even help their employees. so FU AT&T ITS WHY I LEFT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! BUT NO ONE CAN BEAT THE SAVINGS SO FU EVEN MORE!! haha OH AND OF COURSE APPLE TO FOR NOT SENDING AT&T ANY PHONES COME-ON MAN! LOL aww I feel better you all are awesome by the way! You all have been keeping me going!
 
Boo, my 6+ is defective. lines across screen. Luckily that store still has stock so I'll be back first thing in the morning. No sense going nuts on this defective unit.

I think I would rage even harder if I waited it out from AT&T and this happened, since I would have to get a white box replacement from Apple or wait another two months for a replacement from AT&T. Maybe it was for the best :)

I have been following this forum for weeks. Tonight, I heard words other than "on backorder" on the 877#! I got the "Your Order is Being Processing" message! It's about time.

I pre-ordered for my wife, a 64GB 6+ Gold on 9/13/14 at 12:30am pacific. Ordered from the ATT Premier site as it is for her business. We didn't get the email confirmation until 9/17. Expected shipping date has been 11/9/2014 to 11/27/14 since the beginning.

The story is long, and lots has happened, such as being hung up on by CSR's, scripts that are read almost exactly the same by multiple CSR's, repeating everything you already know, the local Apple store had the same phone in stock for almost 4 days last week, and Apple reps say they are sorry, but they can't do anything for ATT premier account customers.

I hope the rest of the process goes smoothly. I am keeping my fingers crossed!

And may everyone receive their phones soon!
