Ok so after waiting long enough I went to the Apple Store to get my phone. Went in got a registration number got in a line of about 30. While in line I cancelled my AT&T order and my eligibility was reset immediately. Waiting 3 hours in line but finally got a silver 128gb 6+!!!! I suggest anyone still waiting to go to your closet Apple store and get it. Dealing with AT&T has been a huge waste of my time. Never again will I preorder with them!!! According to istock.com Apple stores all over the country seem to have plenty of phones available. Btw this phone is awesome I switched from a Note 3 and couldn't be happier with the quality and just overall great phone this is. Good luck you guys!!!

I'm heading to the Baylor vs. Oklahoma game tomorrow and won't be home until Sunday. Checked Idevicechecker and there are phones in Norman. Not a 128 but a 64. If it's there tomorrow, I will get it. Probably won't still be there. It's at a Target of all places.
This whole process has been horrible. This is the first time I have ordered on line. It will be the last. Done through AT&T.
I have called and emailed the CEO. Got a phone call later that day(3 days ago). It did nothing. Basically said what the CSR's have said. I'm afraid that I have been put on a black list for raising such a stink.
At this point, I will buy it however I can. I did this one on the Next plan. First time doing so, so I don't have a balance on a previous phone. If I have to buy out right, them so be it. I have another line that I can do what ever with.
I have a case, the iPad charger, and multiple screen protectors already.
For fun, I taped my Iphone 4 into the new case and was told by family that I have officially lost it. Lol.
But any way, I'm beyond mad and NO patience left.
Ordered 9/20 through AT&T online. Window of 10/29-11/7. 6+ 128 SG.

So disappointed.

I think this is a joke.
Why would they launch the Phone in China while the demand in the countries where it was available on launch day isn’t close to being satisfied?

There are people in the US who preordered in September who still don’t have their phones while others in China were able to just walk into the store and buy it or get it from their carriers.

you could try to see a psychiatrist and tell them about this, maybe your health insurance will pay the cost of buying the phone outright to avoid further problems...

To Whom It May Concern -

I ordered my 128 GB Space Grey iPhone 6 Plus on 9/21.

Since then I have been incredibly patient. Even considering being hung up on by your customer service agents and purposely disconnected from chats.

My estimated shipping window is 10/29-11/07. It is now 2 hours away from the 9th day of my shipping window without any update of any kind. I called last Tuesday to verify my order was still valid as I get no answers or updates and the woman basically told me it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship.

Starting to believe I was simply told that to be gotten rid of. AT&T has always disappointed me in their customer service and I dread going into the local store. Even when I went to order this phone I was told I should instead order an Android and when I asked about those phones after a few questions the representative informed me he didn't believe I could handle something as complex as an Android.

I would like a status update on my order and why it's not shipping within the window I was given when others who ordered after me or have later shipping dates have received their iPhone 6 Pluses.

We all share your frustration. However, I'm sorry to say that if the shipping window didn't pass, there is nothing AT&T needs to do. They promised a rediculous shipping window from day 1 (and we implicitly accepted it by not canceling our orders) and that hasn't passed yet. I would say my (our) mistake was accepting this kind of rediculous wait and shipping window in the first place.
 
Yup, I agree. That's basically what I was told. So until tomorrow comes and goes, once we accept their bullshi* window, we are screwed.
Lesson learned for sure.
I have looked at other carriers and I'm preparing for the worst.

Yup. Like I've said several times, best thing I did. Cancelled, checked iStockNow several times a day and purchased on a stock refresh (that lasted probably 10-15 hours in stock).
 
What i dont get. I ordered on 9/19. Two days BEFORE keyman. and got a 11/9-11/27 window. I ordered exact same phone . i assume he lives in or near waco as a baylor fan. I live in San Antonio. So has to be from same warehouses.

WTF? Why give out different ship dates to a guy who ordered AFTER me in same State but gets BETTER ship times? And yes... I'm still waiting for my SG 6+ 128 GB also.

I'm currently typing this on my shiny new 6 plus... That I did NOT get from AT&T obviously.

To recap... Ordered on ATT online on 10/10, 6 plus 64gb silver, delivery window of 11/19-12/01.

So... Fiancée and I are at the mall (5 minutes from our house) today doing some Christmas shopping, so I thought I would drop by the Apple Store at the mall while she shopped around. Lucky me, they had several to choose from, but no silver. So I got a 64gb SG, no big deal.

Cancelled my order with ATT and in less than 20 minutes from the time I walked in, I had my new phone.

ATT can eat a fat one. Did I NEED this phone? No. But I was tired of waiting and I was under the same roof as an Apple Store. It worked out for me fortunately.

I hope you all get your phones soon!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!!!

I don't think AT&T is getting enough phones. They have ZERO reason to hold phones back from people... Either they haven't put a big enough order in or Apple isn't sending them enough phones.

Silver 64g iPhone 6+ is a unicorn.

I ordered on 9/12. Same time as my fiance, and he ordered 6+ SG. He got his last week. Its killing me to watch him play with it and talk about the wonderful battery life. %#*!:mad:

Expected ship date Nov. 9-27.

Target website shows they have a 64g space gray in Norman. So we went last night and they said all they have is a 16g gold. I ordered 9/20 shipping 10/29-11/07 6+ si 64g. Still waiting.

Yes. Issue is clearly with Apple. Just look at istocknow. Apple stores ALWAYS have more in stock than any other retailer.

THey should to some degree. But not when preorders arent out yet. The problem is (in my eyes) that Apple treats ATT like one customer. Forgetting that they are really millions of individual customers that use ATT.

So when it comes to the Queue.... ATT is treated in same vain as John Q in the pecking order.

Because I've tried to do that twice and the only Apple store in the state I live in ran out before I got there. So it's not as easy as it is for the people that live by several Apple stores that get loads of phones in stoc . I have alerts set up and have tried to get the phones each time I've gotten an alert with no luck.

Ordered 6plus 64gb silver on 9/12 from an AT&T store with an estimated shipping date of 10/31 - 11/11. I have no faith that i will receive a ship notification by 11/11, i was just wondering if anyone has gone past their estimated shipping date and if so what happened?

If i hit 11/11 with no ship notification i plan on cancelling my order and just testing my luck checking stores everyday

I get your point, but iOS means nothing if you can't get the damn phone in the first place. Going to the Apple store and getting the phone you want is pure luck. Some may have to drive 1-2 hours to an Apple store with no guarantee of getting a phone.
 
So, according to USPS tracking, my phone is IN the post office here in Sarasota, FL so it should be delivered here when the mail comes sometime this afternoon. However I'm curious to why my credit card hasn't been charged yet. According to previous posts on this thread, that would usually happen when it ships out...

That's why they have a nice feature that you can purchase online and pick it up in store. That's what I did. Apple store is about an hour and 20 minutes from me. Worked flawlessly. FYI, one Apple Store in Indiana (or was last I checked).

I hate to be blunt but... Use your brain, use your resources, and stop blaming other things when you could have had one already.
