Calculating the tax backwards from the $76 you gave for the 299.99 64gb and then applying that to the 128 gb 399.99 would be $101.33, holy crap cakes you guys have high taxes!

honestly, I have a galaxy s3 right now and before that I had an iphone 4 and 3g before that, I have had both and both are great phones. I wanted to switch to the 6+ bc it seemed to have best of both worlds (minus sd card support unfortunately but I was prepared to sacrifice this) but at this point it's weighing on me whether the price of switching (waiting an unpredictable amount of time) is worth getting exactly what i want or not



when i first started checking this forum people were missing their shipping windows off and on and they would get set to backordered but i'm not sure what happened after that

this is a lil uncalled for IMO, I tried my best, I'm not always in a spot where I can make the reservation online. You don't know my situation so don't comment on what you dont know.

This may be true. I drove 4 hours once to south carolina and 4 hours once to Georgia to get both of my phones. once you set up the instore pick up you have 7 days to go get your phone. I did this because the apple store near me 1/2 hour away was not getting any 128s in or they were gone as i was in process of ordering. the georgia store said a lot of people were driving up from miami which is about a 12 hour drive for them.

not sure if this will help but i used the apple app. and istocknow.com i made sure the credit card i wanted use was on my apple store/itunes account. as this saves time as you only need to enter your security number on the back of the card. at the time I had noticed many of the stores inventory posted approximately 1-3am again approximately 1-3 pm and again applroximately 6-8pm. these times are eastern time (florida) I checked istocknow during these times when i saw one I hit my apple store app and choose the store and finished the prompts. when it shows the cases to buy just hit the shoping cart in the upper left corner of the page and finish your purchase.
also the apple lets you put up to 4 stores as your favorites doing this also saves time as you have experienced seconds really does count.

yes the phone is worth it. I am very happy with them. worth the drive. also i canceled my phone that was on backorder since the 12th of september.

so istocknow just showed stock in for 128s in SG at my local apple store, I tried going and booking 1 online and it wouldn't give me an option to keep my unlimited data plan and wanted me to sign up for a tiered plan. The only reason I am staying with AT&T at this point is to keep my unlimited plan so this is NOT an option for me.

Edit: I figured out what I was doing incorrectly but honestly got worried that I wouldn't be able to book a phone for both my wife and I after I cancelled my order with AT&T so I didn't go through with it. Totally wimped out because I don't want to wait another month or two on top of this by accident. Oh well...
