Hmmm, I no longer have a "Last Updated" entry on my order status via the link in my email (premier) or from myATT. It was there before. Nothing else has changed.

Maybe I'm checking it too frequently :)

That's the same as my account. I ordered 7 minutes before att website was suppose to take orders. Mine shows first week of October for shipment but it says preparing to ship now on their website. I ordered the 128gb 6+. Still holding out some how i'll get it friday, though it's not looking good.
 
My apple order has shipped(found through mychoice) but my att order still hasn't and has always had a 9/19 date, it has said preparing for shipment since Friday morning around 8Am Est
 
More people will get their iPhone 6's (and maybe 6 Plus's) on Friday than the order status page indicates currently.

Happens every time with AT&T.
 
I'm in the same boat As a couple other of you guys. Mine is showing 9/17-9/18 and there's NOTHING on UPS. My theory, and that's all it is, is that because our ship dates are the 17th and 18th, I expect they come via FedEx and its 2 day shipping or priority overnight.

Hey Everyone, I just joined and this is my first post. I have been following the thread for a couple of days now.

Here is my situation, I ordered the IPhone 6 4.7 64gb space grey on Friday (9/12) morning at 7:15am PST. Initially I got a ship date of 9/19 but since has been shifted to 10/13-10/31 since Monday (when I first checked the status). So I got a little peeved that I would be getting the phone a month after release. I ended getting a premier associate on Live Chat from AT&T and spent 45 mins to find out that my order has been completed and is ready to ship with the delivery date of 9/19! I hope this associate wasn't jerking me around!

Anyways for those of you looking for more information, I would try the live chat. Mind you I did have to get transferred to the premier live chat, but once I did, I got the information I was looking for!

Out of curiosity, why did you select the model that you did? 6 or 6+?

I went for the 6 because I think it's as big as I wanted to go.

Same here; in truth, I would have preferred the same size as the 5s. I'm not knocking the 6+; it's just not for me.

I have my iPad with me pretty much all the time, so a phablet makes no sense for me; I want to be able to easily fit it in my pocket. I don't even use a case – just a thin suede sleeve from Waterfield Designs. Works a charm.

But for those who want the super sized phone, more power to you! (More battery life, too!:)
 
Im curious, has anyone who received an estimated ship date of 9/17-9/18 since the beginning received a tracking number or seen their order show up in UPS MyChoice?
Yes there is a tracking #, but it says this when i click on it.

How are people tracking their packages without a tracking number. I just signed up for UPS my choice and not sure what to do next?
 
with how fast this thread is going, what numbers are you guys calling at&t for your order status. I'd want to give them a call but not sure what number to call. I ordered through Premier but not sure if its best to call Premier support or AT&T support. Thanks!

I ignored it the 1st time I saw what it was.
Serves no purpose except to repeat what is already posted here and certainly doesn't help in an way with delivery date since there is NO rhyme or reason but I see you are new here and haven't experienced it before.

It's useful for myself and others on this forum. You can ignore it.

UPS my choice will notify you when a package is shipped to your address associated with the account, can also add one for work. it looks at the recipients name and address and says, yup, thats you. then automatically adds the shipments to your calendar.

So
Jane Doe
1234 Main St
Anytown, TX 12345

matches! boom!

But, if its shipped to Jane Q Doe, may not come up if you don't have Jane Q Doe as an alias.

I have 4 aliases. Me, Me with MI, Wife, Wife with MI

Always know when something comes from UPS.

just got off phone with premier customer support...she told me that my order has already been completed and ready to ship even though my EST is 10-13/10-22...it's an 6+ Space Gray 128 GB ordered 3:31 am 09/12...she told me that i would have my phone friday....so that's something i guess....also i see no info on the UPS tracker

order 9/11 2:40 EASTERN
64 6+ GRAY
shows 10/13 to 10/22
used to show 10/2 to 10/13

this gives me massive hope

ATT is a cluster ****. lets just see what happens

I think the survey is very informative.

You're entitled to feel otherwise, of course, but REPEATEDLY complaining about it connotes a certain absence of self-awareness.
