Since my ship date of 10/13-10/31 for my iphone 6 16gb spce grey hasnt changed since saturday , im assuming im actually going to get it that late ):
 
ATT Pre-order status

My ATT order status changed since midnight to SHIPPED, via Fedex, says it was shipped on the 12th, still waiting from Apple for a 2nd phone that was ordered from them directly. i expect something to happen soon since I already have the serial number, for that one
 
Status Updated

My status was just updated around 2am central time. Pretty excited! Hopefully it comes a day early ;)

I ordered the iPhone 6 Silver 16gb about 10 min before 2am central time.

Yes my 6 has shipped via FedEx. I had a hunch that they would ship it through fedex instead of ups like all my other packages are mailed through. Very glad to see. Est delivery is the 19th but it left Texas yesterday and I live in nc it doesn't take 4 days to get here haha hope it comes a day early.
 
I also had a second estimate change to 10/02-10/13. However, the initial hold has dropped off my account. Therefore, I'm not getting my hopes up until I am actually charged.
 
Well, overnight my status still shows Preparing to Ship but now the date range went from 10/13 - 10/22 to 10/3-10/12. So the times seem to be improving.

Also saw the hold on my credit card expire. So now I know as soon as I see the charge back on my card will mean that the phone is actually shipping.

Mine hasn't changed whatsoever, no tracking number, the hold was also dropped off my card and not put back on as of yet. I don't think I'll be seeing my phone until the 13th - 31st ):
 
I also have a FEDEX tracking number for 1 of my 2 iPhone 6 64gb orders... 2nd one should populate today as it states Processing still but now shows FEDEX as the carrier and that it shipped on 9/14/2014

And for everyone saying that AT&T orders are drop shipped by APPLE, thats completely false... AT&T's warehouse is in Ft. Worth, TX and they receive phones from apple and then have to turn around and link them to accounts and box them and ship them.. this is why this process is so painful going through AT&T. Apple is the simplest of them all because they do in fact drop ship phones right off the assembly line in China to your doorstep.

Same here. Dates moved up, but hold is gone. I guess it's progress?
 
Status updated. Originally had a 9/23-10-2 ship date that moved up to 9/16-9/17. Changed to in progress an hour ago and the. Updated to shipped with a 9/14 ship date. Phone is sitting in Fort Worth!
 
Says shipped with tracking # for the silver 16gb iphone 6. This has always said shipping would be 9/17-18. Funny thing is that there was a label since 9/13. They just didn't want to update us with this good news. Charge on CC is gone and no new one submitted/pending.

No changes to my 6+ 64gb silver. That still has a shipping date of 10/2-13. I guess I won't be seeing both phones on launch day. :(

Yeah, weird... My tracking number says "pending shipment", the top of the page where it says shipping status says "in progress" but the date has changed from 9/17-9/18 to 9/14... I am so confused!

It's not showing up on UPS My Choice or FedEx insight though...
 
one of mine, 6 64 SG, "shipped" from FW. looks like it's just been moving around the building as it only has 45 miles to be delivered. I expect it to be moved to Addison in the next 24-36 hrs. hoping I can schedule delivery at my local 24 hr FedEx office and pick up on my way home Sunday. or there is a pre-sign option
