AT&T Pre-order status

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if the hold falls off before the actual transaction posts, that's more likely an indicator it did NOT ship yet as they don't sent the actual charge until it ships.

Don't worry, you're not bursting any bubbles for me, as I never said it has shipped yet, I said I'm finally seeing progress on my order. The dropped hold is the first indicator I'm moving in the right direction... There are people on this site ready to CANCEL their orders - some who have! -because of the LACK OF PROGRESS on their accounts, so your negative comments are only doing them a disservice. Everyone here is hoping for the same outcome, which is that WE ALL get our phones on time. What I see is activity on my account in the middle of the NIGHT, so that gives me HOPE that att is doing everything they can to get us our preorders on time. In my book, that's worth something.

my hold fell off earlier today, and at&t still said pending. then tonight it said shipped with a tracking #, and it had been shipped on 9/13. the transaction still hasnt posted permanently to my CC account. So I wouldn't give up hope just yet.

Anyone have a shipping date of 10/13/14 - 10/31/14 and get any kind of tracking number for those saying "preparing for shipment"? Mine has been stuck in this stage since I ordered.

Well, I ordered my Slate Gray iPhone 6+ 128 GB at around 1:30am PT on preorder night.

The order status still says "Preparing to ship." Shipping date 10/13-10/22. Unchanged since preorder night.

and i ordered at 2:50 est 10 min before preorder

Same here sooo annoyed, called last night on hold for over 1.5 hours to talk to India said her name was Jill and claimed that if you ordered b4 3:00 am EST you got bumped to like 4am EST such BS

Didn't have a tracking number until last night. I ordered around 4am est. Iphone 6 space grey 64 gig. Mine is coming fedex and is in NJ as of this morning at 4:05am. I'm hoping I can call and have them deliver it to a store today so I can pick it up in the morning instead of waiting for the truck.

I ordered the exact same iPhone at 8:05 AM EDT on 9/12/2014 and have the exact same status / shipping dates. Nothing has changed on mine, either.

I just read that AT&T is pulling some stock of iPhones from their stores to send to people who pre-ordered early so they will arrive on 9/19. You may get them Friday or sooner than AT&T originally stated.

I just received an order status update email from ATT. I was about to get excited, then I read it: "We are still expecting to ship your order on the dates listed below." Then it reiterates 10/2-10/13.



They're just being jerks now.

Frustrating

What's frustrating is that my Verizon friend already has her phone and mine hasn't shipped yet. I still expect to get it tomorrow (Friday), but when I got the 4S, I got it a day early. Would have been nice for AT&T to throw us a bone and ship a smidgen early.

Someone is at fault here; either AT&T or Apple for not having any 6+ phones available to deliver tomorrow. Then what is the point of all of us getting up in the middle of the night to order??!! Agrivating! Anyway, I ordered the 6 and 6+, 6 has tracking information to be delivered tomorrow, 6+ has dates for 10/2-13.. However I noticed on the 6 tracking that I do have, the weight is 2 lbs... Seems rather heavy for just the iPhone 6. Do you think they shipped both phones in one box?

I have had one change. I had the dates of 10/13 - 10/22 as my ship dates. It has been bumped up to 10/2 - 10/13.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray exactly at 12:01 a.m. on 9/12. You would think that pre-ordering at exactly 12:01 a.m. PT on 9/12 would have resulted in a "Will be delivered on 9/19" shipping status.

My wife's IP6+ 64gig Gold has always had a 1st week Oct. delivery, unit yeaterday.
Mid day she got a tracking number from ATTs website for Fedex, eta 9/19. Several hrs later it was txted to her.

Well, my phone is shipping! If you recall, I pre-ordered an iPhone 6 64GB in space gray around 10am EST on 9/12. Initially, my ship date was 10/13 to 10/31. I was bumped up on Monday to 9/23 to 10/3. My AT&T Premier account says "pending confirmation" with the same ship dates; however, by going to the AT&T wireless order status page (and looking up my phone number), I have been provided a tracking number with UPS. Delivery is 9/19! There is hope for you still
