And yet here we are, in this thread, with a huge portion of its participants (all AT&T, mind you), who have confirmation that their iPhone 6 Plus is in its shipping stage, as well as the fact that most carriers already have an allocated number of phones per their brick and mortar stores.

But not 6+

They have an allocated number of Iphone 6 regular.

Show me one concise statement from Apple that IPhone 6+ specifically will be in stores and with carriers on the 19th.

Show us where Apple said it would NOT be available.

It will be available, alright. But not nearly as available as the iPhone 6.

Anyone install it today? Most people were probably too wrapped up in getting a tracking number to notice. It takes 6.9gb to install the 1.3gb file (over wifi).
 
I'm fine with it being next week. Just Mid to late october is ... impatience. Specially what we've all been through with this. I think the ones that have had their orders cancelled know what I'm talking about.

i understand completely. as was mentioned a few times in this thread, at&t pads their delivery dates quite a bit, particularly since they have to wait for inventory from apple. if they've quoted a mid-to-late october delivery, it's likely that will change to late september as more inventory becomes available.

That's fine, just as long as I get my phone. Just have to exchange it afterward and keep calling att because it's not the plus I wanted. AT&T said they should be getting quite a few launch day and I live in an area where they only took 6 pre orders by 12pm so haha.
 
Anyone have a shipping date of 10/13/14 - 10/31/14 and get any kind of tracking number for those saying "preparing for shipment"? Mine has been stuck in this stage since I ordered.

yes, those were my original ship dates. I ordered Friday afternoon. (about 14 hours after it went on sale). Now I have q tracking numberer from FEDEX and it shows picked up today at 1:30pm. I ordered the 6 64GB in Space Gray.

I ordered the same it was just at 11:50 am because they cancelled my previous order. It still says those same shipping dates :/ hopefully its just delayed or something. Otherwise I can wait and just be patient for it, if it comes soon or ships soon.
 
If the 6plus were available in any healthy numbers don't you think they'd be shouting it from the rooftops?

Knowing Apple? Nahhhhh...the air of exclusivity/rarity that'll follow a product if they don't announce if it'll be readily available sounds like Apple's MO.

It'll only help drive up desire to own one.

The fact of the matter is, it's not in healthy numbers. It is already known that there were delaying factors on top of the announced shortage of the screen parts for both 6 and 6 Plus. However, that does not immediately indicate that no physical store will be getting their allocation of either models of any colors and size, nor any of the pre-order customers will not be getting it.
 
Please for love of the universe pleas ship my iphone6+ 128gb space gray now and not on 10/02 I can't wait for a phone any longer and it doesn't help that it's only the coolest new iPhone ever gah please ship my phone AT&T I'll love you forever #
 
Did you ever get a text saying "AT&T Free Msg: Congratulations! Your order has been processed. You will be notified when your order has shipped. <Replies are not monitored>"? That is what I'm going on for my processing time


I got my text message on Friday at 3:50pm pst.
 
I preordered an iPhone 6+ from AT&T around 3:20am last Friday morning. The initial estimated ship date was less than 10 days. The next morning I received an email confirmation with an estimated ship date of 21 to 28 business days.

Later that night I received a text message and an email from AT&T stating that there was a problem processing my credit card and that I needed to call or visit the Premier website to complete my order. For several days, the phone number given was not taking any calls and the website was down.

I visited an AT&T store Monday morning to resolve the issue. The store employee told me that they couldn't cancel the order, they couldn't provide an estimated ship date, and I couldn't order from Apple because they already committed me to a contract for a phone that they won't deliver. Her only suggestion was that I wait indefinitely for AT&T to send me a phone or cancel my order at their discretion.

I've called the Premier website daily. Today I was able to get through the automated system but I waited over an hour to speak to a representative and no one answered. My estimated ship date is still "pending confirmation" but no one at AT&T will do anything. I've never had to go through something like this before - I can't even cancel the order. Is anyone else going through this? Any suggestions to resolve it?

wow so they do give you time to update your payment method after it doesn't go through. The rep I talked to today said they would automatically cancel it and I couldn't understand why they wouldn't give you time to update it. I lost my debit card this past weekend so I'm assuming when the try to run my card again when my phone ships, it won't go through. I still don't get why the first charge fell off in the first place.
 
Wow, I think ATT really is working round the clock! I was SO close to giving up on this whole thing tonight, because other than the bump in dates like everyone else had (for me up to 10/2-10/13), I haven't gotten any emails or texts since Saturday, all the pending charges on my account since
9/12 haven't updated, my att account was stuck on "last update: 9/12".... I was really starting to worry, so I decided to check my bank account ONE more time tonight, and lo and behold, the charge for the phone taxes has finally disappeared!!! I didn't have any issues with my credit card for the order, so I know the charge disappearing means my order is on the move! Don't give up hope, my fellow 6+ers! We might get our phones on Friday after all! ☺

Yes but every time I call it asks for payment info. The AT&T rep said the payment info went through even though the phone system keeps asking for it. Either way I just want to speak to a human being at Premier but no one will answer.

My charge disappeared today as well, but it actually being applied again means it will be sent out, not it disappearing. The disappearing happens automatically.
