AT&T Pre-order status

Mine went from Memphis to Louisville. I live in Arlington, TX. which sucks because...


Severe weather in Louisville, KY, caused a significant disruption to operations at Worldport®, UPS's main hub in the United States. As a result, some shipments may experience unavoidable delays.

Maybe if you cancel your order online it takes awhile to reset but if you call and have an agent cancek your order your upgrade resets right away

That could be the case. I know to get mine to reset previously it took about 2 hours on the phone and 3 reps to correct (that was not for canceling a preorder)

Update

After 4 days without any changes finally received update email this morning and my iPhone shipped on the 14th. I don't understand why AT&T took forever for the tracking info. My phone is been deliver tomorrow via UPS. I've to be honest I was planning on plan B.

BTW: I ordered iPhone 6 64gb Space gray

LOL!!!! I haven't waited at an apple store before. I'm actually in Hanover, and there's a small little AT&T store here (not in Arundel Malls). I'm considering trying that.
 
No movement on my shipping date - still shows 10/2 - 10/13 and "preparing for shipment".

I guess the only good thing is that I do not have a "Cancel Order" button.

Ordered a silver 6+ 128GB

It seems to have left Fort Worth TX.....

Mine arrived in Louisville at 5:39am Eastern time. I'm in California with a delivery date of tomorrow. Where did you get the delay information? UPS My Choice doesn't indicate that.

If it's a mall store they don't open until 9.. And there's no real place to "line up" really.. I guess the closest mall door to the store itself. I always go over just a few minutes before nine walk in the normal door that's closest to the store and I'm always in the first 10 or 12 people in line. But I don't ever remember there being a demand this strong for an iPhone and I've owned every iPhone. My guess is there will be people in line outside that main mall door this year very early in the morning tomorrow.

What makes no sense to me is the people who ordered after me who have tracking numbers and ship dates while im stuck at 10/2

Ordered at 3:15Am Est and people who ordered at 11am are getting them. Thanks AT&T

Losing hope.
 
Ordered 2:54 CST and got email confirmation on the 12th. Estimated delivery was 14-21 days. Silver 128GB 6+.

Got charged on the 16th for the tax (AT&T Next) and my order date changed to the 16th. My estimated delivery date is now 11/9-11/27. I called customer service and they said I'll get the phone by my confirmation email dates.

I'm so confused.

you have to compare apples to apples. All 6 pluses are very short in supply. Most of the people reporting tracking numbers here are all getting just the 6. Very few 6+ tracking numbers. And what also complicates matters is that there are many people here reporting their deliveries from the Apple store when this thread is clearly about AT&T.

My cancel order button was gone the past couple days now it's back, no shipping info, pretty sure I'm really waiting until October. I think I may just cancel it and get the Note 4 as that thing looks pretty sexy and I'd have to wait anyway. Pretty bummed out, I've always been an iOS guy and always preordered around 7-8AM CST and always got it on release day, this is a first :(
