AT&T Pre-order status

Pre-ordered iPhone 6+ 128 gold at 1204 on 12th. Still stuck on 10/2-10/13 possible delivery.

Amazingly people who pre-ordered the phone as late at 0900 on the 12th, received their phones and all I have is a blank confirmation page. Apple and ATT what a fail.

Can't search stock of various stores because Apple removed the ability to check merchant stock. What a disappointment. Time to cancel the preorder and just stick with the 5s. Maybe iPhone 7 will have a better release process or Samsung will finally win me over.

iWatch will be an even larger fail. Can't wait to hear Apple's excuses.

What do you mean you can't check the stock... of course you can. all you have to do is act like you are ordering it online.. select the size phone, gb size, color, carrier and when you do that you'll see it towards the bottom middle of your screen say Available for instore pickup. Then you can select what store you want. It wont tell you how many they have.. but at least it lets you know if thye have it or not.
 
It was actually easy and fast to cancel order and upgrade on the phone; standing in the store. I just dialed 611 and it only took about 6 minutes.

Hello all. I have also been following this thread. Pre ordered at 12:30am pst. Same for me the Oct 2-13 date sitting without movement. Ordered through att premiere. Just did an online chat with them and although I received no email. No text. No update. She provided me with a tracking number and ship date of Monday the 22nd of September. Might be something for you all to look into ???? Iphone 6 plus 16gb

I just hate that I walked out with the 6+. I should have spent some time with the demo units. But I was afraid that if I waited I would not get a phone.

So it cost me $50 to return to the store later in the day to swap to the 6.

For ME, the Plus is just too big.

does it cost more to return a phone you bought at the apple store? I think its $35 at att and you have 30days to do it
 
Boom! Second of two phones just shipped! 64g Silver 6 plus ordered before midnight, confirmation received 12:01am PST, was stuck in the 10/2-10/13 group since Tuesday. Premier customer. Have hope!

I don't even recall the last time that logged into At&t website, that is prior to Sept 12th! I've been checking the status several times an hour for at least a week straight now.
 
I went to the apple store today to check out the 6+ after reading about how many on here were saying it was too big. I played around with it for a few minutes and loved it. As I was walking back to my car I received an email stating that my 128 gb Iphone 6+ space gray has shipped and will be at my doorstep on Monday. I was in the 10-2-10-13 range from ATT's premier website. Keep up hope people!
 
ATT vs APPLE

I ordered two iPhone 6 plus's on launch day got through to AT&T after trying for about 30 mins. So at 2:30 am my time I had hers ordered. At about 3:00 am I finally got through to Apple and got mine ordered.....I got mine on launch day and hers says delivers 10/02 -10/13 (I think is what it said) anyway Apple is for sure the best place to order your iPhone!
 
Last night, I Saw that my local apple store had my model available (6+/64gb/SG) for pickup today. Cancelled my att order through the premier link, ordered through apple. Order is ready for pickup today!
 
Ordered around 5:00PM 9/12 due to their incapability to transfer an upgrade in time.. (GOLD)

I was one of the first to order at 1:47am ct and was given a date of 10/02 - 10/13. I received no tracking info and no shipping notification. I got tired of waiting and I saw that my local apple store had some available for in store pickup early this morning. I placed an order for in store pick up and a few hours later I had my new iphone 6 plus 16gb silver in my hands. Luckily I had a second upgrade available so I didn't have to cancel my pre order fist. I wanted to make sure I got a phone before canceling.

iPhone 6+ - 64 GB - Space Grey shipped with an estimate delivery for Monday by 8 PM!

I placed my order w/ ****&T 3:01 AM EST & received confirmation around 4:30 AM EST. Initial shipping was 10/13-10/22 but was bumped to 10/2-10/13.

Only good news I have is when I call the automated number regarding shipping it is now saying my order is being processed, gives me my order number and estimated shipping date... And yes it's the dreaded 10/2 to 10/13 for the SG 6 plus!

When did you pre-order? I preordered the same friday and have to wait until november for some unknown reason...

What phone number are you calling? I'm so confused right now. The representative told me to pick it up the same day early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
 
So I know almost everyone here preordered their phone on the 12th when they went up, but I'm curious about my situation. At&t was able to order me a phone for the contract price a little ahead my contract end date because my current phone was recently broken. But the only option was to order the phone through their system once the phone was out.

So my iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray was ordered early morning of the 19th and shows "Preparing to Ship" with an estimated shipping date of 10/20-11/7. I see maaany people's orders here starting out that far but getting moved up, some even shipping now. Does mine have a chance of at least getting moved up to possible late September, early October?

That's how it happened for me. Then an hour later it said shipped. Your phone is shipping today, I am pretty sure.

I take that back that on the 5s box it said there was a $35 restocking fee on the slip it just says there is a restocking fee but does not give any info on how much it would be
 
Woohoo! iPhone 6+ 128 SG Premier picked up in Fort Worth, TX on it's way to WV for Monday by 4:30p delivery!!!!
 
Talked to chat.. they said still nothing.. no tracking or anything. Can still cancel my order ... shipping expected 10/2-13. :mad:

A certain amount of pre-orders to carriers and direct through Apple, then the stores for a couple of weeks, then back to the pre-orders after a couple of weeks. I have almost no hope we will be getting them before the 10/3 date. Maybe a bit, but almost certainly not early next week as many are hoping.

yep i am starting to think that too.

the people that got there tracking info did you guys order from AT&T or Apple?
