Ordered the 6+, SG, 64gb @ 3:05am EST 9/12. Premier member, didn't receive my order confirmation email until 4:25am. Still showing preparing to ship on the My Orders page and the order status page is showing preorder processing with the cancel button available. Both pages say the standard 10/2-10/13. Very frustrating seeing the same phones ordered after me getting shipped.
One other question...and don't bother with the "pay your bill" comments. You can't upgrade if your account is past due. My account was in good standing when I ordered the phone. However, my bill was due yesterday and I won't be able to pay it until 9/30 due to pay cycles (so now my account is showing past due).
Anyone have any knowledge if shipping is governed by account status like the ability to upgrade is? 😕
