6+ 64g Space Grey
Premier Ordered late on 9/12 PST and received e-mail that day at 11:56 PM.
Something wrong with credit card. Fixed it early in the week.
Got a text on 9/18 about processing or whatever.
Order says I ordered on 9/18 instead of 9/12
11/9-11/27 ship date since I ordered

Premier site says Preorder processing
877 number says backordered
866 number says resale order has been received

Talked to a Premier rep on the phone and she said my phone is at the warehouse and just needs to ship. If my phone is ready to ship at a warehouse, why would it take 2 months? How long would it take to actually ship the phone?

Anybody else's phone "at the warehouse"?

You will have your phone within 5 days.

If you look at my earlier post, I called customer service after I couldn't cancel my pre-order.

They told me my phone was in the warehouse. I asked where the warehouse was (IE China, USA etc) and they didn't know.

Ultimately it was in Fort Worth, Texas and it shipped the next night after talking to the rep.

So "in the warehouse" is a very good thing...

Anyone know if Sprint Iphone 6 or 6+ can run on ATT network? I will be travelling oversea a fair amount in the next couple years and Sprint Iphone 6 seems to support a lot more wireless protocol than ATT one. And since I need to buy a naked phone anyone, I would love to get a Sprint one if possible. Also can I go to Apple store and buy a Sprint Iphone 6 device only (much like buying a Verizon one device one) any just pay the full amount?

Sprint/Verizon is CDMA

ATT/T-Mobile GSM

So a sprint phone wont work on ATT's network at all as they use different frequencies bands for LTE also.

Seems to be a lot of people hung up on the premier vs. non-premier people. I guess I don't really know the stats, and don't really care. all I do know is that I am a premier customer (simply because I work at a place of business that provides me with an email that qualifies me), but mine is still an individual account that I pay for myself, and I pay for the other 5 members of my family that are on it as well. I get a small discount for the "privilege". In any case I still pay AT&T a pretty good chunk of change, as do most of you. Bottom line, I really only care about my phone, just like all of you really only care about your phone. Premier or not I don't have my $5$%$5 phone!!

I was told mine was in the warehouse on 9/19 and at that time my premier status said pending. Still haven't gotten a shipping notice and my status went to preorder processing later on the 19th. Last night I was told by a premier rep that she doesn't know why they told me it was in the warehouse because she couldn't see that kind of info and no one in her building could either. Heck if I know but in the warehouse isn't always a good sign.

The reps have no idea where your phone is.

They look at the same status that we see, they don't have some magical internal view into logistics. They are just as much in the dark as we are until a tracking number is generated when your phone actually ships.

From my status of "In Progress" as of today;

"In Progress: Our warehouse is still processing this item for shipment."

Thats what they mean by "In the warehouse". My phone is "in the warehouse" and it's not supposed to ship until the end of October.

MY shipping status has been stuck at "Preparing to Ship". What's that mean in comparison to what your's is saying?

Not quite true anymore. AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile all use the same iPhone 6/6+ models. Sprint uses the model that supports the 4 additional TD-LTE bands and is used in most of the rest of the world. Both models can do GSM AND CDMA. With GSM, as long as the phone is unlocked, you can just pop in a SIM card from whatever carrier and it should work. On Verizon, GSM is unlocked, and should work with a AT&T or TMobile SIM. Sprint will unlock their GSM, but not for a domestic carrier. AT&T will unlock if out of contract. I don't think Tmobile will unlock theirs from hat I read not heir website. You cannot use an AT&T or TMobile phone on Verizon or Sprint, nor can you use a Sprint Phone on Verizon or vice-versa. Not, really because of anything technical, it's because they won't unlock or provision them.

Depends on where you look, my premiere order status is "preorder processing" att.com/order_status/ gives the "in progress" status and logging into MyATT gives "Preparing to ship". None of them have changed since 9/12.

I ordered 6+ 128gb right when preorders started and had issue with credit card. Called couple days later to get resolved and now my account shows 2 separate orders for my line with different order numbers. Both showing ship date in November. Not quite sure why there would be 2 orders

I ordered my 16gb spce grey iphone 6 on the 13th and my status of 10/13 - 10/31 still hasnt changed :/, it says "in progress" and "pending shipment"

The AT&T Executive Office called me today and we got nowhere. What I learned from speaking with Louie, of the Executive Team, is as follows:

  • First come, first serve does not apply to the iPhone 6+, only the iPhone 6 regardless of what the email said
  • Despite the above, phones are still being processed first come, first serve
  • Not a chance anybody who ordered before me, 3:10 am EDT, has received their phone before me
  • AT&T's systems do not show the time my order was processed, only the date. This, despite a Premier rep telling me my order processed at 9:09AM EDT on 9/12.
  • The Executive Team has had no other complaints about orders shipping out of order. My complaint was a surprise to them.

Given this phone call and our discussion, I can only assume the customer service issues which plague AT&T are not only with the CSRs - they extend all the way to the Executive Offices.

Good to know. I am still looking for a 64GB 6+ for AT&T. Do you by any chance know if they had any at that store?

Hop on the Apple.com site around midnight PST and start checking for phones. If you have an iphone or ipad just load the apple store software - makes it much easier. I happened to find mine at 2:00 AM but didn't see a single iphone 6 plus in the Seattle area.

In the warehouse means nothing. I was told this on 9/13. As of 9/23, I have no phone. In the warehouse is their canned response to customers whose orders have been successfully processed and awaiting shipment.

I have one computer up with the grid system showing all of apples available stock on auto refresh every 45 seconds. Every now and then I'll glance up and see if anything changes. So far.. I have not seen any real changes to the system that would indicate phones that arrived last night are hitting stores.

(I'm also getting work done and am not sitting here 24/7 so I may have missed a few that showed up and then got sold quickly).

Hey there! I saw the grid you posted - THANK YOU! But question: It says iPhone 6...so there isn't one for the 6+?

Nevermind.

Ordered two iphone 6, 16gb, SG on morning of 13th in att store. I was in October 13-31 crowd.
Just got shipping info for tomorrow delivery.

Keep up the fight everyone.

Well just graduate from backordered to being processed for + sg based on automated service.

Original order 3:15 et.

Ordered iPhone 6 plus 128 GB Silver on 09/21/14. Expected ship date 10/30 - 11/10. New premier customer.

Really?? I ordered my 6+ 128 Silver on 9/12 and haven't seen anything but 11/9-11/27. How were you able to get the exact same phone before me and ordered it 9 days after I did? I'm not mad at you, but it is so frustrating hearing everyone so upset about dates of 10/2 or sooner, and I've not read one explanation for why my phone ordered on opening day, could come after Thanksgiving. So, trying to emphasize with everyone, but I'd kill for a 10/2 date.
