AT&T Pre-order status

I ordered the same exact time my friend did, his order went through fine and mine had an issue with fraudulent payment which i quickly resolved much later in the day. I got mine first. So they are NOT honoring first come first serve which is completely wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lawsuit against AT&T in the near future.

I had the same exact expected delivery dates as you but for the 6 plus 64 GB Space Gray, Monday the 22nd my "shipping date" was bump up to 10/13/14 - 10/22/14 but only because ATT decided to "pull stock from in-store units" to fulfill the preorders. 90% of the people that have my delivery dates have receiving tracking numbers "allegedly" or either aren't paying attention to this being a 6 plus issue versus the 6. I'm just curious to see how the "warehouse" is shipping out these iphones as social media is making it clear that there is no process in place to handle the orders everybody seems aware of this except ATT's management.

Same feelings exactly. While I didn't order in the first few minutes, I did order a day or two later and I am in Novemever as well. I have seen others who ordered well after me that have phones already.

So I called the 877 number and says back order.
Called the 866 number and says order received.

iPhone 6+ SG 64gb 10/2-10/13

Doesn't look like I'm getting anytime soon.
 
Any folks with October shipping dates actually have your card charged? mine has November ship date, no credit card charge yet.
 
Good News

Just headed over to the community AT&T forums.. Lots and lots and lots of shipping confirmations for 6+ are being received right now! I think we will see a lot of deliveries this week.

I have these same delivery dates.. our day is coming soon!
 
At&t Still now work on the order status..

I stayed up till around 3am and order the iPhone 6 plus 128 gb space grey.. I called AT&T and asked to verify the time stamp on my order, and they told me that my actual order time was 2:57am EST, right when the website started taking pre-orders!! It very depressing to have been a loyal customer with them for 12 years now and find out that "some" people that ordered after me during the day when the so called "inventory" was sold out and they received their iphone before I do... Same model, size, color!

I called AT&T and brought this to their attention, which is all I could do and they gave me a $30.00 credit! So please call and ask for a credit, it might not be much but hey $30 will buy a nice dinner!

Anyone who ordered this week? I know many people who have ordered on 9/12 haven't received any shipment info yet; but I want to know where I stand. I presently have the estimated shipping dates as 10/22 - 11/11. My order was processed on 9/23. AT&T Premier.

877 number said "backorder".
 
Friend of mine who did not order until 9:30 in the morning is getting her 64gb gold 6+ from Verizon on Thursday. Jealous.

Here is my info:

Order Date: 09/20/2014
Shipping Status: Preparing to Ship
Shipping Date: 10/29/14 - 11/07/14*

When I cal the 877 number is says back ordered. when I call the 866 number it says the same thing the online status order page says. :(

EDIT: I just tried https://www.att.com/order_status/order_status.jsp and it says, In Progress.

So.... What's the most accurate information? The website? The 877 number? I'm effing confused.... One says back ordered and the other says preparing to ship

Seems to be the 877 number. People reported in the past that was the first thing to change. Or shipping info shows up on FedEx or UPS. Who knows, really. :(
