same situation as you, ordered thru retentions on 9/19 for 6+ 64GB gold, shipping date 11/9 - 11/27. Best case scenario I think we're probably looking at early to mid October.
877 just switched to processing. Hopefully that gives me the same luck as others...

Hey guys like a bunch of you I got shipping today. My order says 2 lbs i ordered the 64GB space grey plus. I heard on some of the other posts that some saw 1.4lbs for their plus.

I called around 12:45am this morning.
Download the two delivery manager clients. UPS and FEDEX. My notification showed up in UPS last evening and the device was already halfway to my house. It will likely be there tomorrow. Good luck man, holding out hope for you!

ATT Took Away My Upgrade Because I Cancelled a Preorder
This entire preorder process for the iPhone 6
has been a nightmare. ATT really dropped the ball, and now they are telling me that I am not eligible for an upgrade simply because I wanted to change my preorder.
Let's start at the beginning. I woke up at 3am on September 12th to preorder the new iphone. I preordered, and received a confirmation email about five minutes later. Went back to bed. I woke up with another email saying that my shipping date was somewhere in mid October. I then received 4 or 5 text messages saying either that my order was confirmed or that my order was cancelled. I wasn't sure what to make of this, so I called ATT on Saturday, and they told me that for some reason the computer had tried to preorder TWICE, and because of that, both orders had been cancelled (the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, by the way).
So, after having been told my first order was cancelled, I went online to reorder. I tried twice, both times receiving "Your order has been cancelled" texts within a few minutes of placing the order. Now that's three times that my order was cancelled by ATT's systems without my consent.
Finally, I decided to just order in the store. I went on Septemeber 16th to place my order for an iPhone 6 Plus. The shipping time was November 9th-27th, which was annoying but acceptable, because I realize that the pluses are basically non-existent at this point. I was fine waiting.
Until I saw numerous reports of the iPhone 6 plus BENDING in peoples' pockets. I watched a video of a guy literally bending the phone with his hands. Decided to go with the regular six, because I'm not yet ready for a bendy phone.
I then went to the ATT store to change my preorder to the regular iPhone 6 in space grey. The woman at the store (who was awesome) tried to cancel the preorder, but the system would not let her (ironic since all of my other preorders had been cencelled by the system when I didn't want them to be). I specifically asked her if it would cancel after I left the store, and she said that it shouldn't, but I should check later that night to be sure. I also made sure that my upgrade eligibility would go back on my account. She said "Of course!"
I got home and saw that the order had been cancelled, but my upgrade eligibility had not been reinstated. So...I called ATT customer service...again. Spoke with a wonderful woman from south Georgia, she was amazing, but was not able to reinstate my upgrade eligibility. I asked for a supervisor.
The supervisor then proceeded to tell me that I was no longer eligible for an upgrade because I had cancelled my preorders too many times. I ONLY PURPOSEFULLY CANCELLED ONCE!!! I asked her if there was any part of my contract that said a cancellation of a preorder could remove my upgrade eligibility. She couldn't say if it did (because it doesn't). Now, when I check my upgrade eligibility online, it says that I have to pay $849 to upgrade my iPhone 4S.
ATT has really been terrible here. I have never though of switching carriers before, but the combination of their computer systems failing and the uneven customer service experience has me considering t-mobile. I know the service is spotty, but hopefully they know how to manager their computers. At the very least, I'll be able to get the new iPhone 6.
Ordered at 2:55 EST. Phone in hand. Non premier account. Don't know what the big deal is. People need to be more realistic with their expectations. Just hope yours isn't bent when it comes ##

Calling a CSR is hit or miss. Give it a try, but def go with the plus. Just get a nice sturdy slim case like a Spigen tough armor and that thing ain't bending. I've been waiting since ordering at 330am on the 12th and I have a 10/2-10/13 ship date. Reading these posts, people who have ordered days after me have already got their phones-same exact specs and all. Even though their system sucks, reps suck more, and this **** is happening to you, at@t service beats TMO and Verizon in many facets.
