My 10/4 order partially shipped, the grey 16gb plus. The silver 128gb plus is still mid November range (as was the other until yesterday).

I've been getting by on my old 4s. Oh man has existence been rough. #
 
First a disclaimer:
Im NOT advocating for AT&T. I simply find it unacceptable for a company to get bashed due to guesswork and erroneous assumptions.

You are speaking as though you are an insider with AT&T and know exactly how their system is structured. If you didn't think that way you wouldn't be making the accusations around specific scenarios which you're guessing about. Everything you've posted about above has a logical explanation which is not obvious to you. It can't be because there's two sides to the story.

Apple goes silent over technical problems with their products. They are no different.

If I walk into an Apple store and buy the same model of phone I've been waiting for, there's an easy explanation, its no different at the local AT&T store. 5 minutes prior to my arrival the person who ordered that phone arrives, there's a problem that cannot be resolved like his financial picture has changed, suddenly that phone is no longer reserved, but available for the next customer that wants it.

This is but one out a vast array of explanations for various situations.

:rolleyes: ACCUSATIONS? Hmmm... Please highlight one thing I mentioned to back YOUR accusation -

Other than my OPINION that they SEEM (did you catch that part?) to have no logical prioritization to their distribution process, or an accurate view of their supply chain, ALL that I've done is state facts. Delivery facts reported here and things I've heard directly from AT&T or reps at the store.

That's HARDLY speaking as if I understand how their system is structured. Quite the opposite, I can't figure HOW they operate. NO guesswork here.

Please show one accusation in my comments (other than my opinion that they've bungled the rollout).

Also note that I said, "Now I'm SURE they have reasons for all of this, but communications on it hasn't been their strong point for the past month."
... is this an untrue accusation?
 
Well my neighbors other phone shipped that he ordered from the local att store. Ordered 10/8 shipped 10/30 iPhone 6 plus 16GB space gray.

Just called the Dragon Lady and she told me that my Silver 64GB 6+ had shipped. Checked UPS and it's in Fort Worth...shipping to Dallas. Should have it tomorrow.

ATT premier customer here, ordered a silver 64 plus through ATT on 10/10. Given 11/19-12/01 as a shipping window. I'm in the southeast region. Been stuck "processing" since day one and 877 days back ordered.

Hope more of the silvers will be pushing out soon!

I ordered mines on 09/19 also, but through the Apple app. I was suppose to get it tomorrow, but my Gold iPhone 6 Plus is held hostage in Shanhai, China. Scheduled delivery is now "not available at this time" :mad: It's been over a month and my patience is wearing thin!
 
Well, I'm less than an hour away from being officially into my shipping window of 10/31 - 11/11. Nothing has changed up until now. Ordered 3 64GB iPhone 6 Plus' (one of each color) on 9/23 through my local AT&T store. Fingers crossed! :apple:

iphone 6 Silver 64GB ordered on 9/24 via Premier
Original ship date was 10/14 - 10/24 and was pushed back to 11/01 - 11/14

Saw my credit card has a pending charge today and called the 877 number
Instead of back order, 877 number now says the order is in process

Hopefully this means the phone will be ship out soon...

No word yet as of 10/31 on either product. Both products ordered through the local AT&T store.

Other people I know ordered their phones later than me, same configuration as me through AT&T and have already received them. Therefore not a happy camper, but at the same time I knew the shipping dates for the phone the day I placed the order. The iPad Air 2, however, today is the last day of the shipping window, and I have heard nothing.
 
Just being bored this morning, with my cup of coffee and a cronut, I just called 11 AT&T stores in my area, not a single one has an iPhone 6 + in stock and about 8 or 9 out of the 11 said they haven't seen them since 9/19 (I forgot to ask the rest, but I bet its the same).

The reps say "the fastest way to get your hands on a plus is to order it from us, it wont take more than 3 weeks to get..." and at this point I just chuckled and said thanks and hung up.

I am beginning to think this phone does not exist :eek: nah, I know it exists, but not around here that is for sure.

Guess I am stuck continuing to wait, day 43 here.

I think you're going to be better off if you just forget about the whole shipping window thing, and like AT&T CS reps told me multiple times, once your shipping window passes and you dont have your phone, then call in...lol what a joke.
 
Well this sucks balls. Finally shipped and it's supposed to be here Monday.

But it shipped from Fort Worth to Fort Worth (where I live). It's literally sitting in the FedEx depot 5 miles from my house but won't be delivered until Monday. I called FedEx about picking it up and they said that there has to be at least one attempt for delivery before one can pick it up.

Dangit!!!

I would call back; have on more than one occasion had them "hold at depot" with zero attempts at delivery.

My 128GB SG Plus order is exactly the same. Preparing to ship since Day 1, no movement since.
