AT&T Pre-order status

i ordered at 2:04am CT, i ordered the 64gig 6+ Silver.....i got my first confirmation that said 7-10 days, then this morning when i woke up for work, it said 14-21 days in another email....as of this evening it has changed to "preparing for shipping" and i just got the text msg saying "Congratulations! Your order has been processed. You will be notified when your order has shipped"


im hoping the date of 10-13 ..10-22 is just jacked up!!!!

Ordered through AT&T Premier at approximately 0325 EST

Received: Confirmation email at 0456 EST confirming order stating it would arrive on or around the 19th.

AT&T's site: Will ship 09/23 - 10/02 "preparing to ship"

i'm in a similar boat as you. but worse.

i ordered through Premier before you (6+/64GB/Space Gray), a few minutes before 2:00am CDT. got the 7-10 days message on the initial confirmation... though it did not actually have a date listed. it said to allow 7-10 days after the ship date. an hour later or so i got an email confirmation telling me 14-21 days which bummed me out.

when i log on to at&t and view my orders now i've got a november 9 - november 27 shipping date which is absolutely unacceptable.

i've already been charged the full amount that i owed at the time of purchase.

really annoyed.
 
I ordered a 64-GB space-gray iPhone 6 on the AT&T site about 8:00 a.m. Arizona time, and the delivery date was shown as 9/19. I just checked the AT&T order site and it shows a delivery date between 10/13 and 10/31. I had a terrible time keeping my existing Premier family plan, so I'll just wait if that's what it takes.

if it makes you feel better you ordered it many hours after i did and your ship date is about a month in front of mine.
 
I was going to order through AT&T but I decided order though Apple as the delivery dates were in November through their site. I ordered around 3pm today and mine says 3 - 4 weeks or by October 20th. No worries for me. I have what's called patience. Funny, my friend stayed up all night and finally got his order through at like 4am and has the same delivery time... lol. I spent the day browsing and comparing and ordered 11 hours later and we will bother get it about the same time.

i was billed also the full amount... and now it says "preparing to ship"
 
I got my order through at about 2:30am (12:30am pacific). Against my better judgement, I chose AT&T. I was too half asleep to notice if there was a ship date, so I just checked out as fast as possible. I got the iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB Space Gray. I got a confirmation email about 3 hours later stating 14-21 business days. I was thinking, "well, if that's 14 days from now, it's only a week late...two at the latest." I didn't mind. My order status says Oct 31-Nov 11.

I was not happy with this. I did a live chat with AT&T, taking their info with a grain of salt. They said "If you do not receive an email stating otherwise, believe the email you got for the date." I'm hoping it is a place-holder date. I can't imagine waiting two months while Apple is still getting pre-orders now that will arrive sooner. So I'm going with my gut on waiting.

My order status says Preparing to Ship. I was charged and my upgrade is gone.
 
Delivery keeps changing

I got a confirmation at order (iPhone 6+ 128) said 7-10 days. (about 2am met) then got an email at 549am saying it will be shipped 21-28 days. Log on to my AT&T account just now 807pm and it says 11/9-11/27

Wonder if i can also order an iPhone 6 and see if it'll ship sooner, and then cancel my current order or if I can even cancel my current order and order the 6.

Figure I'll get the 6 sooner, oder a 6+ for my son after thanksgiving, then swap him.

Very frustrated by this whole process So far ATT six
 
Iphone 6 plus problems...

Hey guys

So I finished my order at AT&T website at 4:00 A.M EST. Got an email at 8:00 A.M saying my iphone 6 plus will ship in within 21 - 28 business days.......

Checked the AT&T Order status, Preorder Processing Expected Ship Date: 10/31/2014 To 11/11/2014.

Though I have not gotten any text from AT&T. Is it because I'm basically screwed and won't get the phone for at least a month? :/
 
Anyone know if it is easy to cancel a premier account order? I was quoted a 21-28 business days, estimated shipping date 10/31/14 - 11/11/14. I quite urgently need a new phone now so I am thinking about just walk into Bestbuy/AT&T/Apple store on launch day.

Same with me except I ordered space grey. I submitted my order at 12:10am PST. Initially said the 19th, now says will ship 9/23-10/2.

Just checked apple.com and the 64gig space grey iPhone 6 still delivers on the 19th. I am almost thinking about canceling my pre order and ordering from apple.com

Ordered a Gold 64GB 6+ in the wee hours of the morning... I love how my order status says 'Preparing to ship' but the estimated shipping date range is 10/13 - 10/22...:rolleyes:
If it was an Amazon order it would mean that it will ship within 24 hours.
Debating canceling and ordering with Apple directly... That might move it up a week or so.

My Att order says 11/9-11/27. I'm thinking about canceling it and going with apple they are showing 10/13-10/20 right now
 
I ordered a black 64 plus from att a little before 3am est. Initially it said 7-10 days, my email said 14-21 days and now I'm preparing to ship with an estimated date of 11/9- 11/27. Theres a nice hold on my account for $924 too. From reading posts on a few different sites, it doesn't look like anyone that ordered a 6+ from att has a delivery date of 9/19. I'm pretty sure that this will all be sorted out early next week to most people's satisfaction.
In the mean time I've been extra nice to a friend of a friend that works in an att store...
 
Ha! I just got an email telling me because of high demand is not yet ready to ship.

Tell me something I don't know AT&T. LOL
