I ordered 4 different phones for different lines on our plan. 1 of those was 128gb 6+ Silver. That phone listed as 10/13-10/22 as well. Order was finalized by 3:45 am (EST)... and was the last of the 4 orders I placed (thats the timestamp on the PDF I made of the order confirmation page)

I think this is the 'second bucket' of 6+ deliveries, with those who ordered between 2:45 - 3:15 EST getting shipment dates of 10/2-10/13 and then our bucket of 10/13-10/22.

Well I got my order in at AT&T at 2:10 AM central time (12:10 AM Pacific) and my order came back at the 10/31 to 11/11 date. Then Sunday it updated to the 10/13-10/22 date. So not all the earlier orders go the 10/2 dates...Mine is a plus also.

Yeah, I hear ya, but still does not explain why some folks that ordered hours before that got November ship dates...

I ordered like 3:03 EST and got 10/13-10/22. It's random bro.

My 6+ 64GB SG was ordered at 12:05 PDT and I've always been in the 10/13-20/22 group.

My 6+ 64GB SG was ordered 2:56 EST and Ive always been in the 10/13-20/22 group. I just don't think the majority of 6+ have been allocated yet or if they were all the cancels have mad it impossible to give actual times other than the maybe 3 we have seen on here that posted from UPS
 
Ip 6+ ordered at 2:13am cst...went from originally 10-13 to 10-31 on Friday..yesterday it went to 10-02....I can live with the two weeks so I'm not camping at apple store Friday.

I ordered my 128GB Silver 6+ at 2:01 CST and I still have a ship date of 10/13-10/22. Hasn't changed since my initial email.

Ugh...
 
It looks like folks are getting tracking numbers without the shipping estimate dates being updated, so that means those estimates are worthless. I created a new form to help track when phones are being shipped to help estimate when other phones will be shipped.

you prob won't be able to get in touch with a rep, i've tried that all day and it hasn't been successful. it seems they've cut off chat for status updates being that they are giving us SQUAT FOR answers that they don't have...seems every rep has given a different answer ....

I got one right away but she is so far taking a long time to actually talk to me, which is fine. I am going to try being extra super nice. Since my order was actually messed up and I am not just trying to ask for status *maybe* I can get somewhere.

I really wonder what the overall metrics look like for the 6+ I also wonder if Apple has adjusted their production in China to meet the surprising demand for the 6+ that we are seeing.

By the way - excellent work on collecting this data. Really helps put into context the delays we are seeing for the 6+

For all those complaining about these delayed shipping times - it is unrealistic for Apple to have enough stock on day one to meet every potential pre-order. They also have to have stock for Apple Stores across the country as well as have stock for the carriers. Honestly - the fact that they had 4 million pre-orders is a good thing for us Apple fans. That shows that our family is growing and that folks like Samsung will be taking a huge hit in market share. We should all be patient and just wait for our phones to get here and be thankful that we live in a world where our biggest frustration is getting a very expensive luxury item like this every year in a timely manner.

Apple and AT&T are doing everything they can to meet this insane demand. Yes - I wish my phone were not arriving 3-4 weeks from now - but I am just glad yet again Apple has another incredible phone coming our way.

oh jeez, leave the reps alone already. they know as much as you do at this point. You'll get more information reading these forums than from a rep... I'm sure they are annoyed by now getting bombarded by geeks who can't live their lives because they don't know the exact minute they are getting their iPhone.
 
Still nothing on UPS MyChoice,or FEDEX nor any tracking numbers from AT&T. And so it goes. Ordered at 255am ET via Premier. On the upside,I did get that absurd,100% pure profit Activation fee waived last night.

Back off. ATT canceled my order at least once possibly twice, and it actually matters when my phone shows up (I am unable to get any information from my order status etc it does not show any ship dates even far away one) because it's shipping to my work and if I have zero clue when it's coming and it does (when I am on vacation soon and not here to claim it) it's a VERY good chance the mail room will give my phone to the department who handles corporate phones and try to give my phone away or attempt to ship it back because they don't know what the heck it's for.

IF I was not about to go on vacation and IF ATT had not been so extra weird with the contradictory order acceptance/order cancel/phone call saying everything is OK emails I would not care. It is just a phone! My 5 still works fine.

This is pure speculation but, the people getting their UPS tracking numbers seem to all be coming from China. I just got off the phone with a premiere rep and he said both my orders were completed and in the warehouse awaiting shipment. My order time was prior to launch like you. It is leading me to believe that they did in fact have some units on hand and the later orders are coming from straight from China. It actually eases my mind to believe this even if it's false haha. Hey but it is a working theory.

I ordered my Space Gray 128 GB 6 Plus at 11:57 PM PDT on September 11 with an estimated ship date of 10/02/14-10/13/14.

According to the responses to your survey, people who ordered 6 Pluses after me are already receiving tracking numbers. My status is still "preparing shipment."

So I ordered around 3:30 am EST, IP6+ 128gb Grey and IP6 128gb Gold. I have the same issues as everyone here: November ship date pushed back on Sunday to 10/13-10/22 for IP6+ with 9/17-9/18 ship date for IP6 (no tracking number or UPS updates). I have a premier account, no email confirmation, card was charged then taken away today. I called Premier rep which told me that my ship date is 10/2-10/22 for IP6+ and I should be receiving an email confirmation of tracking numbers for both phones this week (confused). She states that the shipment dates have been changing almost every hour since Sunday as Apple continually updates ATT. Not sure what will happen in the next few days but patience might be key at this point.
 
My iPhone is making some kind of movement with UPS :eek: Tracked it this morning, I'm only 1 state over in NC. It's supposed to be "next day air" but with it already on the move, it will either sit here at my local UPS until Friday or I might get it early...LOL It does say Next Day Air afterall, and it just started moving late last night.

Here's a before and after of the tracking of it. This is from UPS MyChoice I signed up for yesterday. I preordered 9/12 @ 6am ET with a confirmed 9/19 delivery. I only tried the UPS MyChoice method yesterday after reading about it on here. I signed up and it instantly showed me my iPhone 6's shipping details, something AT&T will not disclose!
