AT&T Premier Down?

If I can't pre-order it through AT&T because of this I am going to pre-order through Sprint. I am tired of AT&T being so cocky and I will allow them to make the decision for me tonight.

I dunno about everybody else, but my order is for work, on a business account -- so I can't order from Apple (says the line type isn't supported). Did the same last year and my order arrived the day before release day... But I'm quickly getting tired of this stay up till midnight/3am/4am/blah blah crap.
