AT&T Premier Down?

Yeah I just had to keep mashing it until it went through. I even had it shipped to an old address (parents) just so I could get it to go through checkout. I'm trying to edit the address now after its been placed.
 
Now I know why their slogan is "Rethink Possible." because they can never get it right the first time.
 
I have been trying for a long long time with the Apple Store app. Can't get past "checking your eligibility and pricing" even after a billion tries. Keep trying...
 
Now the apple.com site is saying "We are temporarily unable to take iPhone orders. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please try again later."

D'OH!
 
How messed up is this world when you can't get somebody to TAKE huge amounts of your money when you want to give it... God I hate AT&T right now.
 
I have gotten to the very last stages of both the app and the apple website and I get a confirmed message saying that business accounts are not supported. I have a "premier" account with 5 total lines, i guess that means they consider me a business account? Even though it has my SSN on the account not my tax id number... so weird.

Hate that I stayed up for this ****. Will likely be moving my 9k/yr to verizon at this point. I have complained about the archaic layout and functionality of the premier site for years now and at&t has done nothing about it.
 
I can get to "Checking your eligibility and pricing..." on the Apple app now, but it keeps saying "WS.workflowSessionValidationFailed.body.mobile"

Just login to the regular AT&T site. Don't select the first upgrade screen, but go into your bill. Then select upgrade device from within the billing screens. That's what ended up working for me.
 
Got through finally. Kept pounding away on the Apple Store App and finally took. I was almost through when the site came up, then same issue as everyone else with errors. Finally went back to the app, phone was still in the cart, kept hitting "check out". Just now got my order email. This is for the primary line on a FAN account.

I went through Apple and it said "Your iPhone has been reserved," gave me a reservation number and said "we will e-mail you at **** when it's time to complete your order. At that time, you can link back to the Apple Store to confirm eligibility, and your iPhone voice, data and messaging plans. You can then place your order, and your new iPhone will be shipped to your door."

I wonder if I should just order through AT&T... Has anyone been able to order AppleCare+ with their AT&T pre-order?
