AT&T Premier Down?

I always just wait in line at the store release day. Get my phone and go home happy. Pre-ordering online is appearing to be a bigger hassle now that I can't even log in -.-

i can't even log on. i keep getting the "we're making the site better" message.

theres no preorder button for the 4s either. i hate att so much at times.
 
I'm having no problem getting logged in to Premier, but keep getting Error P1234.

Maybe they've gone back to bed at AT&T. Of course, that would mean that they were ever actually awake!
 
Still getting site under contruction page @ premier login

This sucks! why did I wake up at 3:15 am lol
 
sux... if you have premier, it won't let you order on apple store either. I never asked to be premier, it just screws me every time an iphone comes out and does nothing good for me at all.

I feel your pain, going to try to switch away from Premier
 
how is it that the 4s popped up on the regular att site while premier people are still hit with the "construction" message.
 
the premier site is worse in EVERY way and takes 3 times as long to apply payments. I still don't understand why i was punished for having a 800/month phone bill and being forced to be on this website

you would honestly figure that att would treat their "business clients" better than this. :confused:
 
I'm not positive, but I think the only way out of Premier is for each person on the account to take personal responsibility for their number - I think it converts to a "normal" AT&T plan.
 
So if my account (family plan) is Premier I can't order from Apple? I have to order from the ATT Premier site? This is my first time pre-ordering.

I just get a discount through my husbands work. That is Premier, right? I can't seem to order on the regular ATT site. It tells me to call a Premier number.
 
that said... does anyone know a way to order tonight if one has premier? Or are we just screwed until the premier site comes up? This has screwed me on every iphone release. So lame.

yup. the beautiful benefits of premier. you can't do any upgrades except at a corporate store or ATT online through premier. Pretty cool benefits right?
 
Yeah. We're screwed until that site comes back up. That's just the way it is. I so regret ever getting a "business" account. It's provided virtually nothing but headaches - and absolutely no benefit. We don't have a big enough account (5 phones) to rate any discount…so the whole thing is worthless!
 
Ok, Thanks for the replies. I spent an hour wasting my time with the Apple site then. I might just go to bed and take my chances pre-ordering tomorrow or picking up at the store on the 14th. I have to get up for work in 3 1/2 hrs.
