When the Apple page came back I initially got stuck on selecting the data plan and got passed the AT&T verification. Now I cannot get back there. I'm just going to stroke it up to being premier then and go to sleep. FML
 
Ok, Thanks for the replies. I spent an hour wasting my time with the Apple site then. I might just go to bed and take my chances pre-ordering tomorrow or picking up at the store on the 14th. I have to get up for work in 3 1/2 hrs.


I can't believe I stayed up all night only to find the Premier site not working. Not a good look! Guess I'll have to either try at 8am EST or wait in line. Have a good night everyone. Work in 3 1/2 hours :(
 
Until the Premier site comes back up Premier customers won't be able to pre-order whether it's through Apple or ATT.. the Premier site is down so eligibilty can't be verified... Heck, the premier store opens in 4hrs probably better off calling at this rate...
 
Premier customer here, I'm completely locked out. Can't order on apple store, upgraded app or AT&T site due to errors. Thanks for the premier business service AT&T :rolleyes:

Thanks for not selling the unlocked phone at launch apple, it wouldn't help to bypass these AT&T idiots completely and just GIVE YOU MY MONEY in exchange for a phone, bypassing eligibility nonsense completely :rolleyes:

Wow, I'm another Premier customer totally screwed... can't pre-order.

I'm tempted to pre-order on Verizon just because of how horribly AT&T has handled this upgrade.

This is ridiculous... I don't even know WHY I'm premier,... I guess for a school discount.

Going to try something slightly radical and attempt to combine billing with my U-verse account... see if that pulls me off Premier somehow.

if so, this might be the last straw as far as me switching to another carrier and i've been with att since 2003....this is crazy, i sat up till 2:01 ct to pre order two phones and stick with a company for 2 more years only to not be able to upgrade because i get a discount on my plan? **** ATT

Pay attention Apple, don't let anything come between you and your customers. You have a business partner who has proven time and time again to be incompetent. You have many people here who want to buy your product, but your partner has mismanaged things so terribly that people are unable to hand you their money.

I believe the FAN discount makes you a Premier account because i'm in the same situation with just 1 line. Att.com cannot complete my request, Apple.com cannot complete my request and the Apple Store app keeps crashing. BUT, while i type this i have just gotten a confirmation email so i guess one of the apple store app orders went thru. Thank you apple.

Wait what!?!? You're saying you got it to work and you're with Premier? I also have the "FAN" discount... Does that mean I have a chance?
 
I give up, AT&T...UNCLE! If you truly don't want my business, then I'm switching over to Verizon. What a waste of 90 minutes of sleep. I should send AT&T my bill for wasting my time.
 
I'd recommend all Premier's try the Apple Store App, its the only way that worked for me. I thought it had crashed but 10 minutes later I got a confirmation email after hitting "Check Out" like 50 times. Apple.com and ATT.com both said they could not complete my request because I was a Premier, probably because I have a FAN discount.

I can't get past "Checking your eligibility and pricing..." .... I always get errored out.
 
Im premier and I have one phone that went through in my cart on apple.

Trying to get my wifes now and having no luck.
 
When the apple site first went live I was able to make it all the way to checkout. But when I clicked the checkout button it gave me an error. Now I'm just stuck with the whole upgrade eligibility verification errors.
