Carrier AT&T Store iPhone 7 launch info

Actually no. Last year (2015) was the only 2 week wait period in recent years. iPhone 5S and 6/6+ were both 1 week turnarounds like this year.
I guess so...? I think that's what the live chat rep was saying, he said they'll probably have them Monday, but check the day before you go to see if they will have any the next day. I'll just be checking every day...

So I called 3 local stores. 1. Authorized retailer - will get 2 Plus models 128 & 256, few 7's but doesn't know color on any of them. 2. Corporate - haven't received any Plus's, will have 7's of all colors except JB. 3. Corporate - haven't received any Plus's but said waiting on another delivery. She's said I can call back before closing to check again. They will also have 7's of all colors except JB.
And yet 95% of people got their 6+ phones on launch day in 2014.. Nothing like this fiasco. Turnaround time 1wk or 2 doesn't really have anything to do with it in my view. This is really bad production estimates.
I got mine a week late and pre ordered at 11:52pm when it opened, but that was the plus model. Regular models come as planned. that was through ATT. I will never go through a carrier again. Getting a instore Apple reservation has worked for me in the past.

I can't get any of the corporate stores to give me info on what they have in stock here in Los Angeles. The authorized retailers don't have any pluses and just suggest going online

Off subject but does anyone know if the corporate stores will have the series 2 watches available in store tomorrow?
It's looking very slim. My store or any store around me for that fact, has not even received JB in the 7. No stores around me have received any plus models.
I just saw on the main site that orders worldwide are being delayed. Some delivery dates being pushed back.
Looking to grab a 256GB 7+ At&T in black in Lynchburg, VA. I have two Att stores and a Best Buy in town. What do you guys think my chances are??
Impossible for us to know. I might just go to every Best Buy and ATT store in the city. If they are no where to be found then will just order online and wait.
Just got off the phone with my local AT&T store. They stated that they will not have 7+'s in any color/storage at all until October 5th..

I just called my store which is closing in ten minutes. The said they will have limited availability, and very limited availability on the Plus. I suspect many stores will have them in limited supply, but their employees are generally told not to encourage anyone that they will actually receive one given the smaller quantities they are likely to have on stock. Which makes sense given none of these stores or employees want a disgruntle buyer in their store tomorrow pointing fingers saying "You promised me on the phone yesterday there would be phones available....." So it's prudent to downplay availability. I suspect most corporate stores for sure will have SOME on hand. But these employees are unlikely to get specific on color or capacity with so many variables involved. Given that my store said people typically will line up around 5AM they are sending a clear message that if you aren't going to come in the early morning hours and wait, you may not end up with anything by casually dropping by during early business hours.
