Carrier AT&T Store iPhone 7 launch info

Well that better be just a rumor, what i do know is there is no way any ATT store will not have any 7+. No way a launch day could ever be like that. Maybe of just one color but not the whole line..

I spoke with a representative from AT&T over live chat, and they said that they should be getting Jet Black iPhone 7 Pluses in-store around Monday (9/19), So.... That's not that long of a wait to get the get the Jet Black 7 Plus!
 
My att flagship store... there aren't many in USA.. said they'll have 7 plus jet black but in extremely limited quantities.

The chat reps have no insight as to what stock any stores are going to get. The stores don't even have the possibility to know until just before the shipment arrives. They're blind shipped. I wouldn't take this as factual.

Just wanted to say to everyone here that I talked to an AT&T support rep over live chat, and they said they're going to be getting Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus's this upcoming week, and they also said it would probably be on Monday (9/19), so... That's not that long to wait for an iPhone 7 Plus JB!! I'm gonna call customer support later today to find out more, and also I'll call my local AT&T store on today and Sunday to see if they'll have any stock... If you want a Jet Black AT&T 7 Plus, looks lik you're not going to have to wait that long!

If they didn't know why would they tell me false information? I'm still going to call CS and my local store to find out more...

That's awesome! Who did you speak to? customer support (over the phone), live chat (online), or your local store?

They're most likely going off hunches and guesses. I promise you they don't know ship dates nor quantities of iPhones prior to the shipment. The stores don't either. The only people that do are the employees in the inventory groups and warehouses that oversee the shipments from Apple to the stores.

And would the store know about availability for tomorrow's availability (for the people in line)?

So the "in-store" reservation route might be a way to go?
 
I called my store and was told they would have a "few plus models" and what they have gotten has been black. I guess I will take a shot and line up.
 
If freaking Apple would have just made launch the 23rd none of this non sense would be going on. It's always been 2 weeks after pre order. They chose one week and this total **** show has happened I wish I could use another phone..lol

I feel like those people dont know wtf they're talking about lol..gave them my preparing for shipment order # and he told me not to worry that i will have my phone by tomorrow. Really? LOL
