If CSR doesn’t help just go back to the store and have them make a copy of the plain paper trade in receipt that many of us got. You should have signed that form in the store and they can make a copy of ot or reprint a copy for you.
My main receipt is a standard 8.5x11 page printed on their printer. It’s titled “Device Trade-In Receipt.” The other one is just a the thermal-printer register receipt that doesn’t have much on it.
I don’t think that’s correct. The promo details lists which phones are eligible not what gigs they have. I think you’d still get the $800 for any 12 pro.
You can order from apple or att. Your choice att isn’t limiting where you order from. Just that you have an unlimited plan and buy the new phone on their installment plan. Once you activate your new phone you will have 30 days to mail in your iPhone 8 or newer or trade it in a the store using the promo code listed to get the $800 credits.
Why doesn’t it qualify? Att only lists new customers must meet the $75 plan minimum.
You should be able to take it in still. That’s what I’m going to do. I already filled out everything online so we will see.
Here is a screenshot of the email you receive from Apple after your order is placed. It states the trade in can be returned to an ATT store. Maybe you can show them this? Good luck!
Pretty lame says didn’t know about promotion available at Apple as well. Should know what’s going on at Apple and every other carrier to do their job. Who knows if first store really didn’t know or just didn’t care because not getting anything out of it except more work.
