I would recommend doing it in store. They literally did not look at my phone at all when they gave me the paper stating it’s condition. There was a manager on here that said that he had to reprimand some employees in the past because they would state that the phone was in good condition but then once it got the trade in center it wasn’t in good condition. But regardless they had to give people credit as though it were in good condition. Also, up to $95 trade in value will get you the $700. Assuming that’s a 64gb iPhone X, the value for perfect condition is $195. Even if they Mark it in not perfect condition, I’m pretty sure the value is still above $95. You should be good.I don't want to mail it and then find out later I won't qualify for the $700 credit. if I do it in store, will they certify the credit there?
