Thanks Nolesfan, UFCfighter always there to defend Atomic.
How am I defending Atomic? Someone asked how to get the F1 back and I told them how I got mine ordered. I am actually not even using an Atomic case, I am using the e13 case on my phone and will continue to. I am sorry you burned your bridge with them by your actions but the way you post about them I completely understand why. I would not do business with you either. You said they refunded your money, what are you crying about? You didn't lose anything and if they are so terrible and so on, why would you want their product? So I am sorry I am not who you think I am but I am not even using an Atomic case. So please stop calling me other people's name because you burned your own bridge with them. You have nobody to blame but yourself.

Just as an fyi all (and mind you I am NOT affiliated with Atomic, but I have been in touch with them frequently) I spoke with Unni regarding some of the concerns everyone has been bringing up...here were some of his responses:
1. Regarding the gap in the delrin - Atomic has been made aware of this, and with their new CNC machines they are now able to address this issue and produce a much more precisely cut piece. Unni has stated that he will send out a replacement case to anyone who wishes to request one - and that you can then send back the old case, regardless of condition.
2. Delays in shipping - With the new machines, they have been able to start cranking out a lot more cases. The estimated is that in about two weeks, orders placed before 3 PM will ship the same day.
3. The silverback - still in prototype form while they iron out design issues. Wont be out before New Year
4. F1 Carbon Plates - they are ironing out some issues with this as well. Apparently putting a logo onto that particular part causes the carbon fiber to melt...so they're working on correcting this before selling the item.
5. Issues with not getting responses - Atomic basically has had one dude answering all emails. It's safe to say he's been getting hammered (thats my editorial on this) - they've apparently hired 2 new customer reps who will be responding to emails. They're also changing email setup (going to exchange) to avoid some issues that they believe may be caused by their GoDaddy mail.
6. Color spare caps - 2 weeks and they should be available
7. Screen protectors - expected in 30 days approx.

As an add, they are also currently (in case anyone here cares) engineering cases for HTC Evo and BB Torch.

Finally, they've established an email address strictly for escalations/matters that require IMMEDIATE attention (other inquiries, I've been told, will be ignored) - this address is AtomicEscalations@gmail.com

I know that a lot of folks here have had a lot of complaints, especially with the customer service - it seems that at least they're trying to address them, which IS nice to see.

I contacted Atomic about my Gap and they responded witin 5 minutes.Talk about service. Does not get better then that.

Just sent an email as well and they replied within a few minutes. They said to send email to the one that was just posted if you have issues with the case.

Well well well everyone of your posts is about atomic, every single one! This company loves to pose as consumers with fake reviews etc.....pretty unethical they should just pony up and pay for advertising.

Ethics? You have single handily ruined almost every case thread on this forum and you talk about ethics? Your name and ethics do not even belong in the same sentence. You need to take a lesson in ethics and how to treat others with respect! Your post are getting quite annoying at this point. Please refrain from posting negatively anymore, I think we have all heard you cry enough.

Well I have nothing to do with atomic. I am just a consumer who purchased their case and just sent an email to the other address and got a response within 10 minutes stating that they will take care of the issues with the case starting at the end of next week. They are also sending the case first and are asking that I send the old one back when the replacement arrives. Definitely great customer service and someone that is willing to take care of their customers.

Who cares? There are plenty of real reviews from respected members of the forum. I think most of us are smart enough to be able to tell the difference. Whether it's Atomic or any of the other aluminum case manufacturers, we have a pretty good handle on which ones work and which ones don't regardless of some of the "plants".

What i don't understand is why you keep coming into this thread. You don't like the company. Duly noted. Can we all move on now?

sales@atomiciphonecase.com

Got a pretty quick response to, but its been several weeks since I had to talk to them.

I've seen the above posters saying they've been in contact with Atomic recently. Can anyone of these posters please state how they are contacting them. What phone number or email address are they using? I haven't had any luck with them in finding out the status of my exchange cases. It just seems I'm seeing others getting their cases that have actually placed their orders after Atomic received my returned cases, and am wondering if my order fell through the cracks and got lost. It's been over 7 weeks since I returned my aluminum cases!

I read bighabeeb post and sent an e mail to the address he gave AtomicEscalations@gmail

Thanks for the great info! I'm so amped to get my hands on that F1 Carbon plate!

Just to confirm the info. from bighabeeb is good, I had a reply with my change in order straight away. Thanks !

glad to hear it! I of course can't guarantee that everything they've said will be true: I'm not Unni and am just passing on the info that he's shared with me...

That having been said, so far they haven't broken any promises to me - any time they've said that a change was coming, or that I was being sent something, it worked just as it should have....so for me, I'm willing to take Unni at his word.

Like anything else, it's all going to be about everyone's individual personal experiences - but from my point of you, they've definitely secured me as a client.

why is everyone here feeding the troll? you guys are such suckers for troll bait. This is what the ignore list is for, so do all yourselves a favor and use it, I promise life will be better after you do, it worked wonders for me.

That is pretty good advice. I think I am going to give it a try. It's kind of sad you have to resort to that but if the moderators let him act that way then I guess your solution if the only way to go. I am tired of arguing with the guy to be honest. And I have no idea as to why he always comes after me. But looking back, he seems to attack alot of people who have an Atomic case.

:D:D Thanks for this email address AtomicEscalations@gmail.com

I sent them an email about my order. Quick response saying, "Assembled and boxed awaiting final scan and Shipment"

Cannot wait. Thanks again for posting the email.

See how easy it is? I encourage everyone to use it liberally.

Sent them an email to the above address on Sat afternoon regarding the very minute slight gap and got a response in 2 minutes saying I should expect a replacement by this week. Now thats what I call awesome customer service.

I really must have bad luck with this company because not only do I have issues with the case but I can never get anybody to respond to my emails...Three or four times I've messaged that sales email about the gap in my case plus an issue with one of the screws and nothing from anyone. Guess I'll try yet again...
